1. Roasted Veggie Waffle Sandwich:

Roasted Veggie Waffle Sandwich

Preparation Time: 10 Minutes
Cooking Time: 20 Minutes
Serves: 4

Ingredients:

Broccoli 1 (small)
Carrots 20 gm
Zucchini 20 gm
Green and Red capsicum 20 gm
Baby Corn 20 gm
Dried Parsley
Leaves 1-2 pinch
Dried Oregano leaves 2-3 pinch
Chili flakes 1-2 pinch
Salt and black pepper powder to taste
Savory Waffle 2

Method:

Step 1:

First put the baking tray in your oven. Preheat your oven in 220 degree centigrade. Brush your baking tray with refined oil or butter.

Step 2:

Cut all the veggies and wash them with plenty of water. Strain the excess water. Roast the vegetables in 350 degree centigrade.

Step 3:

When it turns golden take them out from your oven. Sprinkle salt and black pepper powder according to taste. Add the herbs also and mix them well.

Step 4:

Cover up it with a lid for few minutes so that the flavors of the herbs get infused in the filling. Now cut the waffles in to halves and pour the veggie filling in it. Serve it with tomato sauce and mayonnaise.

2. Steamed Asparagus And Button Mushroom:

The second one is steamed asparagus and button mushroom which is a very healthy dish which has a proper balance of protein and vegetables. The whole cooking process is done by steaming. Moreover no oil is used in this dish which makes this dish a healthy one. The key ingredients for the dish are asparagus and button mushroom which makes it a nutritious one for you.

Steamed Asparagus And Button Mushroom

Preparation Time: 10 Minutes
Cooking Time: 20 Minutes
Serves: 4

Ingredients:

Asparagus 500 gm
Button mushroom 500 gm
Cheese 80 gm
Fresh Cream 150 ml
Chopped Sage 10 gm (one type of herb)
Black Pepper powder 5 gm
sea salt as per taste

Method:

Step 1:

Wash the mushroom and asparagus in plenty of water. Now steam them in a steamer. But be careful for that the asparagus must not be overcooked.

Step 2:

Now take a bowl and pour fresh cream in it. Also add grated cheese, sage and black pepper powder as per taste in it.

Step 3:

Mix well it with a fork and prepare the dip. Take a serving bowl; pour the steamed mushroom and sage in it.

Step 4:

Now pour the previously made dip in it and serve hot your Steamed Asparagus and Button Mushroom. Note: You can use packaged cream instead of fresh cream.
