Preparation Time: 20 Minutes
Cooking time: 25 Minutes
Serves: 8

Ingredients:

All purpose Flour 3 ½ cup
Butter 3 cup
Baking powder 3 tea spoon
egg 6
Sugar 2 cup
Chocolate as required (grated)
Cherry a few (chopped or sliced)

Method:

Step 1:

Take a medium sized pan or a mixing bowl. Pour all purpose flour and sugar in the pan; mix them well. Add the eggs one after another. Beat the mixture well.

Step 2:

Now pour baking powder, butter, grated chocolate and chopped cherries in it. Beat the whole thing to prepare a smooth batter. Be careful when you are preparing the batter that there must not be any lumps in it.

Step 3:

Take muffin moulds as per your choice which has an attractive shape. First grease the muffin moulds and then pours the prepared batter in the muffin moulds.

Step 4:

Bake them in oven for 20 minutes and then when it is done take it out from the oven. Ingredients:

Unsalted Butter 250 gm
Icing Sugar 1 cup
Thin arrowroot biscuit / Digestive biscuit 2 packet (around 500 gm)
Coco Powder 4 table spoon
Milk ½ glass, cherries a few

Method:

Step 1:

Melt butter in low temperature; but be careful. Do not heat it much. Remove it from flame and allow it to cool. Add icing sugar and coco powder in it.

Step 2:

Break the biscuits in small pieces and pour the pieces in a bowl. Now pour the milk in a bowl; dip the biscuits in the milk.

Step 3:

Soak it for some time. When the biscuits turn soft knead it in to soft dough. Now mix it well with the coco powder and butter mixture.

Step 4:

Take a square shaped baking dish and spread a baking sheet in it. Then evenly pour the prepared mixture in the baking dish.

Step 5:

Take a spatula and make the top layer even with this. Now keep it in your refrigerator for the whole night to set it. Cut it in to rectangular slices; garnish it with the chopped cherries and serve your Kormo Greek Dessert.

Note:

You can use ordinary powdered sugar instead of Icing sugar in this dish.

Oats 1 cup (80 gm)
Raisin ¼ cup
Apple juice ½ cup
Cinnamon a little amount
Water 2 cup

Method:

Step 1:

Take any medium sized pan and allow boiling 2 cups of water in it in a high flame. Add raisin and apple juice in it.

Step 2:

When you see that the water is boiling (you can see bubbles in water) add Oatmeal and Cinnamon in it. Turn the flame low and cook it for 1-2 minutes.

Step 3:

Cook it for some time until the oats are done. Then turn the flame off and Serve your Apple Sauce with Oatmeal hot.
