All of them are so easy that you can try them in just few minutes. The first one is a yummy muffin recipe made with Orange. Both Orange Juice and Orange Zest are used in this recipe. 1. Chocolate Orange Muffin:


Preparation Time: 25 Minutes
Cooking Time: 25 Minutes
Serves: 8-10


All Purpose Flour 4 cup
Baking Powder 3 tbsp
Butter 3 ½ cup
Cocoa Powder 2 ½ cup
Orange Juice 6 tbsp
Dried Orange Peel 2 tbsp (grinded)
Egg 5
Sugar 375 gm
Coco Powder 4 tbsp


Step 1

First grind the sugar in grinder to prepare the sugar powder as you have to use it in later part of this recipe. Instead of that you can use castor sugar for your recipe; both will result as the same. Pour sugar powder and butter in a mixing bowl.

Step 2

Then beat it with an electric blender until it goes a smooth creamy substance. Then pour the eggs in this mixture and again beat it so that it became thick. Pour all purpose flour and baking powder in this thick mixture.

Step 3

Gently mix both of them with a handy spatula in cut and fold method so that the incorporated air in this mixture must retain into it.

Step 4

Beat it well. Then divide this smooth rich batter into equal halves. Mix Cocoa powder with one portion of this mixture and again beat it well.

Then take the other portion and add orange juice in it. Also add orange zest or dried orange peel in it. Mix it well to get a uniform mixture.

Now take the muffin molds and grease them evenly with butter or margarine or refined oil. Also sprinkle little amount of all purpose flour in these muffin molds.

Then pour both of the batter one after another into your muffin molds. Bake your muffins for 20 minutes in the convection mode of your micro oven.

When it is done take it out from the oven. Keep them aside to become cool and then remove the muffins from the mould. Your Chocolate and Orange muffins are now ready to serve.

2. Pineapple Upside Down Cake:


Preparation Time: 30 Minutes

Pineapple 6 slices
Baking Soda ¼ tsp
Baking Powder 1 tsp
Butter 100 gm (Unsalted)
Egg 2
Cherries 6-8
All purpose flour 100 gm
Castor Sugar100 gm
Pineapple juice 3 tbsp


Step 1

First preheat your oven in 200 degree Celsius. Now grease the cake mould with butter. Sprinkle some castor sugar in it and pour pineapple slices on it. Also pour the cherries in between of the pineapple slices.

Step 2

Take a mixing bowl and pour all purpose flour, baking powder, baking soda, unsalted butter, castor sugar and egg in it. Use a hand blender to blend it to make a smooth batter.

Step 3

Then add pineapple juice in this batter and again blend it well. Now pour this cake batter gently in the greased cake mould.

Step 4

Bake it in the preheated oven for 30 minutes. After that pour it on a serving plate keeping the upside down. Here your Pineapple Upside down cake is prepared.

The last one is a dessert recipe made with Water Melon which is very easy to do. Water Melon is available in almost every season in every part of this globe. So try it and serve in your dinner.

3. Water Melon Porridge:



Water Melon 2 cup (scooped in round shape)
Milk 1 cup (boil 1 liter milk and then reduce it)
Condensed Milk 1 tin
Green Cardamom powder ½ tsp
Cashew Nuts 2 tbsp
Raisins 1 tbsp
Rose water 4-5 drops
Ginger 2 tbsp (cut ginger in julienne, then boil it in thickened sugar syrup) or Ginger Candy 1 tbsp.


Step 1

Take a thick bottomed non stick pan. Then pour boiled milk, condensed milk, green cardamom powder, cashew nuts and raisin in it.

Step 2

Cook it in low flame to make it thicker. It will take near about 8-10 minutes. Keep it aside and allow it to cool.

Step 3

Then mix rose water, ginger candy and scooped water melon in it. Do not stir it so much. Give it a setting time of 1 hour and refrigerate it.

Step 4

Then pour it in a glass bowl. Here your Water Melon Porridge is ready to serve. Serve it chilled.
