Pork sausage – 1 pound
Biscuit bake mix – 2 cups
Cheddar cheese – 1 pound

Method Of Preparation :

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 175 degrees C or 325 degrees F.

Step 2

Take a large bowl and combine the ground sausage, cheese and bake mix. Combine it nicely so that you can form balls out of it. The balls should be firm and round.

Step 3

Make small balls with the mixture and place it on a baking sheet. The sausage balls should be walnut sized. Line it with enough space between each other. The sausage balls should not touch each other.

Step 4

Step 1

Take a bowl and beat the eggs, baking powder, flour, pepper and salt. Mix the shredded potatoes in it and then the onion.

Step 2

Now take a skillet and heat some oil in it over medium heat. Make sure it is hot enough because the potato needs to fry properly in the oil.

Step 3

Now drop a tablespoon of the potato mix in the hot oil. Press it so that it gets a flat shape. Cook it for 2 minutes on each side. It should get brown and crispy.

Step 4

3. French Toast Casserole:

Bread cubes – 5 cups
Eggs – 4
Milk – 1 1/2 cup
White sugar – 1/4 cup
Salt – 1/4 cup
Vanilla extract – 1 tsp
Margarine – 1 tbsp
Ground cinnamon – 1 tsp

Method of Preparation :

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 175 degrees C. Butter the baking pan.

Step 2

Line the bottom of the pan with the bread cubes. Take a bowl and the beat the eggs together. Add the milk, sugar, vanilla and salt. Whisk it well.

Step 3

Now pour the eggs mixture over the bread and dot using the margarine. Let it sit for about 10 minutes.

Step 4

Combine the 2 tbsp sugar with the cinnamon and sprinkle it over the bread and egg. Now bake it for 45 minutes till the top gets golden.
