3 Healthy And Tasty Baked Dessert Dishes You Love To Cook Anytime

You can not find any people who do not love to eat desserts. Every body love to have it. But to eat so many desserts is not good for your health. Isn’t it nice if you have some healthy desserts in your menu? It will be really nice. So here is a collection of healthy dessert recipes for you which are so healthy and yummy in taste.

The most common factor between the dessert dishes that they are done by baking. So try them and have fun while consuming them.The first one is a healthy dessert made with mango which contains lots of beta carotene in it which are important for healthy eyes.

So Try It In Your Kitchen And Enjoy:

1. Mango Tart Devine:

Preparation Time: 20 Minutes
Cooking Time: 20 Minutes
Serves: 8-10

Ingredients:

Mango 3 (pulped)
All Purpose Flour 1 cup
Baking Powder a little
Butter 1 tsp
Sugar as required
Refined Oil 4 tbsp
Fresh Cream ½ cup
Cheese Spread a little
Salt to taste
Mango Slices (for garnishing)

Method:

Step 1:

First peel all 3 mangoes and then make pulp out of them. Then strain all purpose flour with sieve in a mixing bowl. Then add a pinch of baking powder in it.

Step 2:

Also add butter, sugar and salt as per taste in it. Knead it well into dough. Make small balls out of this dough. Put them on your tart moulds and give them shape of tarts.

Step 3:

For that grease your baking tray with butter or oil. Then bake the tarts in 350 degree centigrade for 10 minutes. When it is done take it out from the oven and allow it to cool.

Step 4:

Now make a coating of cheese spread in all your tarts. Now fill your tarts with mango pulp. Garnish them with chopped mango. Here your Mango Tart Devine is ready to serve. If you want to serve it cool just refrigerate it for 1 hour.

Quick Tip:

You can also fry your tarts. For that take a deep non stick pan and pour refined oil in the pan. Dip fries all your tarts in this oil.

The second one is Coconut and Almond Muffin which tastes really yummy. The specialty of this recipe is that it is made with Jaggery instead of sugar. Jaggery is good for health as it is a rich source of Iron which is important for our body.

2. Coconut And Almond Muffin:

Preparation Time: 12 Minutes
Cooking Time: 30 Minutes
Serves: 8

Ingredients:

All Purpose Flour 1 ½ cup
Butter 1 cup
Dry Jaggery 2 cup
Baking Powder 1 tsp
Baking Soda 1 tsp
Milk Powder 20 gm
Grated Coconut 1 cup
Chopped Almonds ½ cup

Method:

Step 1:

First take 3 big sized mixing bowls. Now strain all purpose flour, dry jaggery and baking powder in these bowls. Now pour egg and butter in the bowl which contains dry jaggery.

Step 2:

Beat them well with the help of a hand blender to thicken them up. Now pour this mixture in a large bowl. Then add grated coconut, all purpose flour, baking powder and milk powder in this egg mixture.

Step 3:

Beat them well to make a smooth batter. Then grease your muffin moulds with butter or margarine or refined oil. Then sprinkle a little amount all purpose flour in your muffin moulds.

Step 4:

Now pour this batter into the muffin moulds. Pour chopped almonds on every mould. Bake your muffins in OTG for 20 minutes in convection mode.

Step 5:

When done take it out from the oven and allow it to cool. Here your Coconut and Almond muffin is ready to serve.

Quick Tip:

Grated Coconut is used in this recipe but if you do not have fresh coconut for your recipe you can use dried grated coconut in this recipe.

The last and third one is Carrot Pudding. Carrot is also rich in beta carotene and anti oxidant which are good for our health. Thus carrot pudding is very healthy dessert recipe for consumption.

3. Carrot Pudding:

Preparation Time: 20 Minutes
Cooking Time: 25 Minutes
Serves: 5

Ingredients:

Cake Cream 30 gm
Full Fat Milk 100 ml
Egg 1
Carrot 25 gm (grated)
Raisin 5 gm
Butter 5 gm
Sugar 20 gm

Method:

Step 1:

First take a thick bottomed deep non stick pan. Allow it to boil in low flame. Then add 20 Gms of sugar in it. Stir it continuously to dissolve the sugar while boiling it.

Step 2:

Cook it until the milk reduced to half of its quantity. Allow it to cool. When it get cold mix egg in the boiled milk.

Step 3:

Mix cake cream in it. Then add grated carrot and raisin in this mixture. Stir it with a spatula to mix well.

Step 4:

Then take an oven proof bowl and grease it with butter. Then pour the batter in this oven proof bowl. Bake it in 180 degree centigrade temperature for 30 minutes.

Step 5:

Take it out from the oven and allow it to cool. Here your Carrot Pudding is ready to serve. If you wish you can keep it in refrigerator for 2-3 hours.
