1. Chicken Mini Tart:

Ingredients:

All Purpose Flour 2 ½ cup
Butter 80 gm
Mozzarella Cheese

For The Preparation Of The Filling You Will Need:

Olive Oil or Butter 1 tbsp
Soft Garlic 1 tbsp
Chopped Onion 2 tbsp
Chopped Carrot
Beans
Broccoli
Peas ½ cup (blanched)
Boiled Chicken 1 cup (made cube shapes with the chicken)
Tomato Ketchup 2-3 tbsp
Oregano ½ tbsp
Chopped Parsley ½ tbsp.

Method:

Step 1

Pour all purpose flour and butter in a bowl. Then add little amount of water in this bowl and knead a soft dough with that. Make small balls out of this dough.

Step 2

Then sprinkle some all purpose flour on your kitchen counter and roll out the small balls with rolling pin into thin circular shape.

Step 3

Cut them into proper shape and place them in the tart mould. Now you have to prepare the filling. For that take a non stick pan and put it on the flame.

Step 4

Then pour olive oil or butter in this pan. Then add chopped onion & soft garlic in this pan. Sauté them a little until a good smell comes out of it.

Step 5

Add chopped and blanched vegetables in the pan. Then add boiled chicken cubes, tomato ketchup, oregano and parsley leaves in this pan.

Step 6

Stir them to mix and cook them for a while in low flame. It will take 7-8 minutes to be done. Here your filling for the tart is ready.

Step 7

Allow it to cool by spreading it on a plate. Pour your filling into the tart mould. Grate Mozzarella cheese and spread it on the chicken mini tarts.

Step 8

Then bake it for 30 minutes in convection mode in your oven. Here your Chicken Mini Tart is ready to serve.

2. Tuna On Toast:

Serves: 4

Ingredients:

Canned Tuna Fish 250 gm
Onion 1 (make thin slices from it)
Mayonnaise 3 tbsp
Tomato Ketchup 1 tbsp
Cucumber Seeds 1 tbsp
Cheese 3 tbsp (grated)
Tomato 2 (sliced)
Sandwich Bread Slices 6
Salt and Black Pepper powder as per taste

Method:

Step 1

Take out the Tuna fish from the can and mash it in a bowl. Add salt and pepper to taste in it. Mix it well.

Step 2

Add mayonnaise, cucumber, tomato ketchup in it and beat it well. Now grill one side of the sandwich bread slices.

Step 3

Now put some onion slices on it. Now pour some of the mashed fish mixture on it with a spoon. Spread it evenly on the toast.

Step 4

Now generously spread grated cheese on the fish mixture and pour 1 slice of tomato on each toast. Now prepare all the toasts in same method.

Step 5

Then place them on your greased baking tray and bake them for 10-12 minutes. Here your Tuna on Toast is ready. Serve it hot with salads.

3. Corn Souffle:

Cooking Time: 45 Minutes
Serves: 4

Ingredients:

Butter 50 gm
Onion 1 (chopped)
Chopped Garlic 1 tsp
Corn 2 cup
salt to taste
black pepper powder 2 tsp
Paprika Powder a little
Cayenne Pepper ¼ tsp
All Purpose Flour ¼ cup
Half & Half 2 cup (It is a readymade mixture of Milk and Cream)
Egg 5
Grated Cheddar Cheese 1 cup.

Method:

Step 1

Take a non stick pan and pour some butter into it; allow it to boil in low flame. Pour chopped onion and garlic in the pan.

Step 2

Fry them until they turn golden. Then gently add corn, paprika powder, salt, black pepper powder and cayenne pepper in it.

Step 3

Stir and then pour all purpose flour in the pan. Mix them well and stir continuously to mix well. Then pour half and half in the non stick pan. Stir well to mix.

Step 4

When the whole mixture turns soft and smooth remove it from the flame. Then add egg and grated cheddar cheese in it; mix well.

Step 5

Now take a soufflé mould and brush melted butter in it. Then pour the previously prepared batter into the soufflé mould.

Step 6

Then bake it in 200 degree centigrade for 35 minutes. Here set it aside to cool and your corn soufflé is ready to serve.
