Step 1

Method Of Preparation

Step 1

To make the dough for pastry, mix together butter and sugar and beat them until creamy. Gently fold in egg whites, vodka, salt and sour cream. Fold in the all-purpose flour gradually until you get pliable and soft dough. Chill for about an hour or two, so that it becomes easy to roll out
