Ingredients:

Pork baby back ribs – 4 pounds
Salt
Pepper
Ketchup – 2 cups
Chili sauce – 1 cup
Brown sugar – 1/2 cup
Vinegar – 4 tbsp
Dried oregano – 2 tsp
Worcestershire sauce – 2 tsp
Hot sauce – 1 dash

Method Of Preparation:

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 200 degrees C.

Step 2

Now season the ribs with pepper and salt. Place the seasoned ribs in a baking pan. The baking pan should be shallow. Brown it in the oven for 15 minutes. Turn it over and brown it for another 15 minutes. Drain the fat from the ribs.

Step 3

Now take a bowl and mix the chili sauce, ketchup, vinegar, brown sugar, hot sauce, Worcestershire sauce, oregano, pepper and salt. Place the ribs in the slow cooker and pour the prepared sauce over the ribs. Turn it to coat the ribs with the sauce.

Sliced bacon – 1 pound (cut them into thirds)
Beef cocktail weiners – 1 package
Brown sugar – 3/4 cup

Method Of Preparation:

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 165 degrees C.

Now you would need to refrigerate the bacon because it is better to wrap the beef weiners with the cold bacon. Wrap the beef cocktail weiner with the bacon. Secure it using a toothpick. You need to make 16 of these.

Step 3

Place the prepared bacon wrapped weiners on a baking sheet. Sprinkle brown sugar over them. Make sure you are generous with the amount.

Step 4

Lean ground beef – 1 pound
Egg – 1
Water – 2 tbsp
Bread crumbs – 1/2 cup
Minced onion – 3 tbsp
Jellied cranberry sauce – 1 can
Chili sauce – 3/4 cup
Brown sugar – 1 tbsp
Lemon Juice – 1 1/2 tsp

Method Of Preparation:

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 175 degrees C.

Now take a bowl and mix the ground beef, water, egg, bread crumbs and the minced onion together. Roll the mixture into small meatballs enough for 10 people.

Step 3

Bake the meatballs in the preheated oven for 20 minutes. Turn them once.

Step 4

Now you would need to keep the slow cooker on low heat and blend the lemon juice, brown sugar, chili sauce and cranberry sauce. Add the baked meatballs in the sauce and simmer for about 1 hour before you serve it to guests. Use toothpicks to create the cocktail meatballs look.
