Muffins are one of the great tasty desserts that are almost favorite of every body. It needs only simple ingredients and it is so delicious. It needs a little preparation time. Muffins are made with healthy ingredients like egg, milk etc. so, muffins are so nutritious. In this article I am sharing three delicious muffin recipes which are so yummy. The first two are traditional muffin i.e they are sweet in taste. The last one has twist in it. It is a salty dish which you can serve as a snacks.

1. Double Choco Muffin:
The first one is Double Choco Muffin which is a great dessert dish indeed. Children always like Chocolate flavor, that’s why it is favorite of them. So please try this recipe for your kids.
Preparation Time: 30 minutes
Cooking Time: 15 minutes
Refined flour 1 cup, Powdered sugar ½ cup, Egg 3, Yogurt ½ cup, Vanilla Essence 1 tea spoon, Baking Powder 1 ½ tea spoon, Refined Oil 1/3 cup, Butter 75 gm, Coco Powder 2 tea spoon, Chocolate 10 gm, Chocolate Chips 50 gm.
Take a bowl and strain refined flour with baking powder in it. Add powdered sugar in it and mix well.
Add all other dry ingredients in this bowl. In another bowl break the eggs and whisk them up. Add vanilla essence and butter in it. Turn on your micro oven and melt the chocolate in micro oven for 1 minute. Set it aside so that it gets cooled. You can melt chocolate in your gas oven also. For that first fill a pot with water and boil the water. Then put chocolate in a small pan on the boiling water; hold it or keep it on the boiling water until it
Now slowly fold these two mixtures. Do it for at least 5-7 minutes. Also add melted cooking chocolate and coco powder in it. Add half of the Chocolate Chips from top. Mix well with a wooden spatula.
Now grease your muffin molds with a little refined oil. Fill the muffin molds in ¾ th portion. Sprinkle more chocolate chips from top in each and every muffin mold.
Pre Heat your oven and bake your muffins for 12 minutes. Take it out and wait until it reduces its temperature.
Serve your Double Choco Muffin.
2. Jammy Muffin:
The second one recipe is Jammy Muffin which is a really yummy dessert recipe. The recipe is so simple and needs only simple ingredients. Try to prepare this dish in your kitchen and enjoy it with your family.
Preparation Time: 20 minutes
Cooking Time: 15 minutes
Refined Flour 1 cup, Powdered Sugar ½ cup, Egg 3, Yogurt ½ cup, Vanilla Essence 1 tea spoon, Baking Powder 1 ½ table spoon, Refined Oil 1/3 cup, Castor Powder 1 table spoon, Any type of Jam.
Firstly strain refined flour and baking soda with a sieve. Pour this mixture in a medium sized bowl. Take another bowl and break the eggs in it; pour the whole contents of the egg in it. Beat the eggs with any type of hand blender.
Add butter and vanilla essence in the egg mixture. Again mix all this ingredients to make a smooth mixture. Then slowly add previously prepared mixture of flour and the dry ingredients in it. Fold two mixtures in a very well manner. The folding method is so important to prepare a perfect muffin; so do it very carefully that there should
be no lump in the mixture.
Grease your muffin cups with brushing little oil in it and fill about ¼ th portion of the cup with the previously made batter. Now pour ½ table spoon of jam in each muffin molds and then fill the rest portion of the mold with the batter. But remember, finally you have to fill only ¾ th portion of the muffin cup because it will raise to the top after it was baked.
Pre heat your oven and bake it for 12 minutes. Check your muffin with a toothpick; if there is any liquid material in the toothpick, then it is not done. So you have to bake it for few minutes more. If the toothpick remains clean then the muffins are done. Serve your Jammy Muffin in a decorative serving plate.
3. Salty Muffin:
The third one is a very unique and tasty muffin, because it is a salty muffin. Do you ever heard of salty muffin? Try this recipe in your snacks and enjoy it with your family. You can add some other ingredients to add more variations in this dish.
Preparation time: 20 minutes
Cooking time: 15 minutes
Refined Flour 150 gm, Baking Powder 1 tea spoon, Refined oil ½ cup, Egg 2, salt to taste, Black pepper powder, Red Chili powder and Cinnamon powder as required, Ginger and Garlic 2 table spoon (chopped), American Corn ½ cup, Red, Yellow and Green Bell pepper ½ cup (chopped), Mozzarella Cheese ½ cup, Fresh Cream 2 tea spoon, Milk 2 table spoon.
Firstly pre heat your oven in 200 degree Celsius. Now strain refined flour and baking powder in a medium sized bowl.
Add all the dry ingredients like Red chili powder, Cinnamon powder and black pepper powder to taste. Also add salt to taste. After that add all the chopped bell peppers in the bowl. Add American Corn in it. You can easily find American corn in canned form in market. If you wish you can half boil the corn then use it in your dish.
Add fresh cream and also the milk in the batter. Break the eggs and add in the bowl. Mix the all the ingredients with a spatula or hand blender and prepare thick batter as you do in cake batter. Do not add Mozzarella Cheese in the batter.
Now grease the muffin molds with butter and fill the ½ portion of the muffin molds with the batter. Grate the Mozzarella Cheese and fill the remaining portion of the muffin mold. Fill all the muffin molds in same manner.
Bake your muffins for 10-18 minutes in pre heated oven. When it is ready take it out from the oven. Serve Salty Muffin with fresh cream.
Do not fill the muffin molds to the top. When you bake it will rise up. So, when you fill the molds always fill ½ or ¾ the portion of the muffin molds.
