Pimento Stuffed Green Olives – 1 Tbsp.
Banana Peppers – ½ Tbsp.
Giardinara – 1 Tbsp.
Chopped Pickled Red Onions – 1 Tbsp.
Pickling Liquid – 1 Tbsp. (from Pickled Red Onions)
Olive Oil – 1 Tbsp.

For The Sandwich

Sesame Seed French round or Muffuletta Roll – 1
Provolone – 4 slices
Mozzarella – 5 Slices
Mortadella – 4 Slices
Ham – 4 Slices
Salami – 10 Slices

Method Of Preparation:

Step 1

Roughly chop the banana peppers, pimento stuffed green olives, pickled red onions and giardinara. Toss these ingredients with olive oil and quick pickling liquid. Set aside

Step 2

Slice the bread into half and spread the above mixture at the bottom half of the muffuletta bread. Layer with provolone, mortadella, salami and top with the mixture of olive salad. Place the other half of the bread and allow it to stand for about 10 – 15 minutes.

Chicken breast – 1 (pounded)
Garlic -1 clove (chopped)
Rosemary – ½ spoon
Herbs de provence – ½ spoon
Olive oil – ½ cup
Balsamic vinegar – 1 tablespoon
Bread crumbs – 1 cup
Ciabatta buns – 2
Mozzarella slices – 4
Ricotta cheese – 2 tablespoons
Parmesan cheese– 1 tablespoon
Tomato sauce – 4 tablespoons
Fresh basil – one hand full
Salt – as required

Method Of Preparation:

Step 1

Chicken Preparation

Marinate the chicken in a ziplock bag using a little olive oil, vinegar, garlic, rosemary and some salt. Lock the bag and leave it for a day or at least 20 minutes.

Step 2

In a bowl, combine bread crumbs, herbs mixture and a little slat and leave it aside.

Step 3

Take olive oil in a medium sized pan and apply medium heat. Coat the marinated chicken with the bread crumbs mixture and transfer it to the pan. Fry the chicken until it gets crispy and well cooked. Once the chicken is done, transfer it to a paper towel and give it a chop.

Step 4

Sandwich Preparation

Slice the bun and toast it. Take one slice and coat it with ricotta and mozzarella in layers and drizzle some olive oil over it. Sprinkle some salt and then add one table spoon tomato sauce. Place one spoon full of chicken cutlet over the sauce and drizzle some more sauce over the chicken again. Top it with shredded parmesan and basil and place the other half of the slice over it.

Chuck Roast – 3lb (cut into large chunks after trimming fat)
Italian Salad Dressing Mix – 1 Packet
Pepperoncini Pepper Slices – 8 Oz and Splash of Juice
Giardiniera – 8 Oz
Beef Broth – 14.5 Oz

Method Of Preparation:

Step 1

Take a crock pot (5.5 – 6 quart) and place the chuck roast in it. Sprinkle the salad dressing mix and add pepperoncini peppers, Giardiniera as well as beef broth. Lift the chuck roast, so that broth gets underneath. Cook covered on low heat for about 9 hours. Shred the meat and cook for another hour.

Step 2

Split the buns into half. Place the shredded meat on top. Add provolone cheese slices and top it with Giardiniera and pepperoncini peppers, if needed and serve.

Vegetable Oil – 2 Tbsp.
Italian Sausage – 1 Package
Thinly Sliced Green Pepper – 1
Thinly Sliced – 1 Red Pepper
Thinly Sliced – 2 Sweet Onions
Minced Garlic – 2 Cloves
Tomato Paste – 1 Tbsp.
Diced Tomatoes – 14.5 Ounce
Salt – ½ Tsp
Dried Oregano – ½ Tsp
Dried basil – ½ Tsp
Black Pepper – ¼ Tsp
Red Pepper Flakes – ¼ Tsp

Method Of Preparation:

Step 1

Heat oil in a large pan on medium-high heat. Add sausages. Cook on all sides until brown. Remove and set aside.

Step 2

Add peppers and onion in the same pan and cook until they are soft. Add garlic and sauté for another minute.

Step 3

Slice the sausage into pieces (1 – 11/2 inch) and add them into the pan with the other ingredients

Step 4

Cook for another 5 – 10 minutes until the sauce thickens and the sausage is cooked. Place the mixture on hoagie rolls and serve.
