Rice flour – 1 cup
Tapioca flour – 3 tablespoon
Potato starch – 1/3 cup
Sugar – 2 cups
Buttermilk powder – 4 tablespoon or buttermilk – 1 cup
Baking powder – 1.5 tablespoon
Baking soda – ½ teaspoon
Eggs – 2
Canola oil – 3 tablespoon
Water – 2 cups
Xanthan gum – ½ teaspoon
Salt – 1 teaspoon

Method Of Preparation

Step 1

Mix rice flour, potato starch, tapioca flour, buttermilk powder, sugar, xanthan gum, baking soda, baking powder, and salt in a large bowl. Beat the eggs in another bowl and add it to the bowl with flour mixture. Add water and oil to the mixture and blend thoroughly so that there are no lumps.

Step 2

Heat a large sized skillet by applying medium heat. Pour the batter into the skillet and flip once you notice bubbles on top. Cook until it is golden brown. Serve hot with preferred condiments.

Cauliflower – 1 head (coarsely chopped)
Italian cheese blend – ½ cup (shredded)
Parsley – ¼ cup (fresh chopped)
Egg – 1
Garlic – 1 teaspoon (chopped)
Salt – 1 teaspoon
Ground pepper – 1 teaspoon

Method Of Preparation

Step 1

Take a saucepan and put in a steamer insert. Fill the pan with water just below the steamer and boil it. Put the cauliflower in it and cook until it gets tender. Empty the cooked cauliflower into another bowl and refrigerate for 15 minutes. Stir constantly when you cool the cooked cauliflower.

Step 2

Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Cover the bottom of baking sheet with a parchment paper.

Step 3

In a medium sized bowl, mix up Italian cheese blend, garlic, egg, salt and pepper. Add the cauliflower into the cheese mixture and blend it well so that the cauliflower is included evenly in the mixture. Empty the mixture over the baking sheet and shape it into a pizza crust.

Step 4

Bake the crust for 15 minutes and remove even it turns slightly brown. Top the crust with sauce and toppings of your choice.

Lime Zest – 11/2 Tsp
Julienned Asian pear – 1 Cup

Method of Preparation

Step 1

Wash Cabbage leaves and remove any tough stems or ribs

Step 2

Take a nonstick skillet. Heat oil and add chicken and salt to taste. Cook for 4 – 6 minutes stirring often.

Step 3

Whisk peanut sauce, lime zest and vinegar in a bowl.

Step 4

Add in the sauce mixture after removing the skillet from heat. Stir to combine everything.  Serve the chicken wrapped in cabbage leaves. Top it with cucumber, pear and cilantro.

Method of Preparation

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 175 C (350 Degrees)

Line Muffin Cups (14) with Paper Liners

Sieve gluten-free baking flour, almond flour and baking powder in a bowl.

Use a stand mixer to cream sucanat with 1 cup butter until it turns light and fluffy. Add ricotta cheese.

Beat the eggs thoroughly one by one. Gradually add the almond flour mixture. Mix lemon oil and vanilla extract into the batter.

Fill the muffin cups and bake until they are lightly golden brown in color.

Once the cupcakes are cooled down. You can cut the center and fill with 11/2 tsp of lemon curd.

Step 8

Prepare the frosting by beating cream cheese, butter, vanilla extract (11/2 tsp), Lemon oil (11/2 tsp), and confectioners ’ sugar to make a smooth frosting. Spread this frosting on the filled cupcakes.
