Tomatoes (diced) – 1 can
Cannellini beans – 1 can
Olive oil – 3 tablespoon
Garlic – 4 cloves
White wine – ¼ cup
Ground pepper – ¼ tablespoon
Dried Sage – 1 ½ teaspoon
Dried Thyme – ½ teaspoon
Bay leaf – 1
Water – ¼ cup
Salt – ¼ teaspoon

Method Of Preparation:

Step 1

Heat olive oil in a saucepan by applying medium heat. Put in garlic to it and sauté until it gets brown.  Reduce heat and add white wine. Add the tomatoes, herbs, bay leaf, pepper and water. Once it boils, reduce heat and cook for 20 minutes.

Step 2

Frozen corn – 1 cup
Corn tortilla (made into strips) –   4

Step 1

In a saucepan, put the green enchilada sauce and water. Put the vegetable bouillon to the liquid in the pan and stir well so that it dissolves. Add garlic, cumin and chili powder and allow the mixture to boil.

Olive oil – 1 tbsp
Onion – 1 (Chopped)
Grated Fresh Ginger – 1 tbsp
Garlic – 3 Cloves
Curry Powder – 1-1/2 tsp
Ground Cinnamon – 1 tsp
Vegetable Broth – 6 cups
Chickpeas – 1 can or 19 oz.
Diced Tomatoes – 1 can or 14 oz
Sliced Carrots – 2
Raisins – ¼ cup
Buttercup Squash – 2 Cups

Frozen Peas – 1 Cup
Roughly chopped Almonds – ½ cup

Step 1
