Sparkling Peach Sangria

Preparation Time: 10 minutes
Serves: 4 to 6

Ingredients:

White Peaches, sliced – 2-3
Apricot or Peach Brandy – ¾ cup
Moscato wine, like 7 Daughters Moscato – 1 bottle
Peach Seltzer Water, like Seagram’s Sparkling White Peach – 1 liter
Ice cubes

Preparation:

Take a large sized pitcher and more than half of the sliced peaches while reserving a few slices for garnishing. Add the brandy to the pitcher and muddle them a little bit together. Now add the seltzer water and moscato. Stir everything together with the help of a large spoon. Fill up the serving glasses with ice cubes and pour the prepared sangria on top. Garnish with a couple of fresh peach slices and serve chilled.

Sparkling Peach Sangria

Sparkling White Sangria

Preparation Time: 15 minutes
Serves: 4

Ingredients:

Brandy – 2 tablespoons / 1 ounce
Orange liqueur, like Grand Marnier – 2 tablespoons / 1 ounce
Superfine sugar – 1/3 cup
Limes – 2
Orange, halved – 1
Nectarine, chopped – 1
Apple, Honeycrisp or Fuji, chopped – 1
Sparkling Wine, like Proscecco, Cava or Champagne – 1 bottle
Lemon-lime soda, like Sprite – 1 cup
Frozen grapes – Few

Preparation:

Take a large pitcher and add the orange liqueur, sugar and brandy to it. Squeeze out the juice from one large lime as well as half of an orange and add to the pitcher. Stir everything together with a large spoon till the sugar dissolves completely. Slice the other half of the orange into thin slices and add to the pitcher along with the chopped nectarines and apples. Now add the lemon-lime soda, sparkling wine and few frozen grapes as well. When you wish to serve, add ice cubes to the glasses and top with the prepared sparkling sangria.

Sparkling White Sangria

Sparkling Mixed Fruit Sangria

Preparation Time: 5 minutes
Serves: 8

Ingredients:

Blueberries – 1 cup
Raspberries – 1 cup
Strawberries, sliced – 10
Lemon, thinly sliced – ½
Orange, thinly sliced – 1
Orange juice – 1 cup
Sweet White Wine – 1 bottle (750 ml)
Champagne – 1 bottle (750 ml)

Preparation:

Place all the fruit mentioned above along with the orange juice is a large sized pitcher and mix together. Add the wine and let it sit in your refrigerator for a minimum of 3 hours; overnight is better. Just before serving add in the champagne and serve chilled. If you like your sangria a bit sweeter, you can add ¼ cup of sugar or honey.

Sparkling Mixed Fruit Sangria

Iced Tea Sangria

Preparation Time: 10 minutes
Serves: 4-6

Ingredients:

Freshly brewed iced tea – 4 cups
White Wine – 2 cups
Sugar Syrup / Honey – ½ cup
Fresh fruits, chopped (Nectarines, mangoes, strawberries) – 2 cups

Preparation:

Mix together the iced tea, honey and wine in a large tumbler till the honey dissolves and everything is mixed well. Store in the refrigerator till you are ready to serve. Just before service add in the fresh fruit and serve over ice.

Iced Tea Sangria

Traditional Spanish Sangria

Preparation Time: 10 minutes
Serves: 6

Ingredients:

White wine – 1.5 bottles
Green Apple – 1
Apricot or Peaches – 2
Lemon – 1
Oranges – 2
Sugar – 3 tablespoons
Cinnamon Stick – 1
Lemon / Orange Soda

Preparation:

Dissolve the sugar in few tablespoons of warm water and make simple sugar syrup. Cut rind into thick pieces and extract juice from the oranges and lemons. In a large sized pitcher, add the wine, sugar syrup, lemon juice, orange juice and orange and lemon rind. Finally add the cinnamon stick and let it sit for a minimum of 2 hours. Before serving, add peach and green apple chunks, lemon or orange soda and serve over ice.
