It needs simple ingredients which are easily available in market and you can easily collect them. It tastes Yummy so that every body loves to eat Coco Fudge Cake. Here is the recipe of Coco Fudge Cake and follow the steps to prepare it in your kitchen.

Coco Fudge Cake:
Egg 8, Refined Flour 250 gm, Butter 250 gm, Sugar 150 gm, Coco powder 100 gm, Baking Soda ¼ tea spoon, Baking Powder ¼ tea spoon, Dark Chocolate (melted) & Chocolate Flakes (For Garnishing).
First pre heat your oven in 200 degree Centigrade. Then beat the sugar and butter in mixer. For best results try to use powdered sugar in your recipe. Also remember one thing that the butter must not be icy chilled. Blend sugar and butter for near about 10 minutes. You can also blend with your own hand. If you want to beat it in your own hand beat it with fork in one direction. Be careful that your mixture or the cake batter must be fluffy.
Now in another bowl mix baking powder, baking soda and refined flour. Mix it with the butter and sugar mixture. Break the eggs; beat them with a hand blender in another bowl to whisk them. Now add the previously made flour mixture with it. Use cut and folds method to prepare the mixture.
Now beat this mixture for about half an hour so that it produces a smooth batter. Be careful that there should be no lump in the batter. Add coco powder in this batter and again beat it for 10 minutes more. Grease your baking mould with a little amount of refined oil or butter.
Pour the cake batter in the mould and bake it for 35 minutes in micro oven. When it is completely baked takes it out from your oven and keeps it aside so that it became cool.
Now it is time for garnishing. Take the melted chocolate and evenly spread it over the baked cake. At last garnish your cake with the chocolate flakes on top and serve your Coco Fudge Cake.
