Now cook the fish in a pan and then add 2 tbsp of coconut oil to the pan and sauté it for around 2 minutes. 1 tsp of cumin seeds and sea salt

olive oil
1 onion, ½ spoon of turmeric
½ kg of chicken breast
green beans
carrots
cilantro
coconut milk
2 cup of chicken stock

Preparation:

Boil onion in a pot of water followed by adding coconut oil for 7 minutes and then adding cumin seeds, sea salt, chicken, and spices to it followed by adding coconut milk to the stew after sauté it for 2 minutes. After this, you need to cover the pan using a covering plate for around 15 minutes in medium heat and then adding green beans to it . ½ cup Greek yoghurt
chopped chicken 2 cups
red onions
1 tsp of fresh tarragon
4 tsp of mayonnaise
whole grain crackers
A small amount of kosher salt
