Preparation time: 5 minutes
1. Mango Mule
Cucumber – 4-5 slices
Honey – 1 ounce
Mango Puree – 1½ ounce
Fresh lime Juice – 1½ ounce
Ginger ale – 1½ ounce•
Add crushed cucumber and honey together in a cocktail shaker then top with lime juice and mango puree. Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously for 10 seconds. Strain into a glass a serve mixed with ginger ale.
2. Chocolate Mocktini
Chocolate Syrup – 1 ounce
Chocolate milk – ½ cup
Mint Choco-chip Ice cream – 1 cup
Ice cubes – 4
Blend together the ice cream and chocolate milk together along with ice cubes. Coat the inside of a tall glass with the chocolate syrup and add the prepared drink. Garnish with a candy cane and serve chilled.
3. Shirley Temple
Grenadine Syrup – 4 tablespoons
Ginger Ale – 16 ounces
Ice cubes – 4-5
Maraschino cherry – for garnish
Blend the ginger ale and grenadine syrup together along with ice. Rim the glass with pink colored pop rocks. Add the prepared drink and garnish on top with a maraschino cherry.
4. Coconut, Cucumber & Mint Cooler
Coconut water – 4 cups
Cucumber, sliced very thinly – 2
Lime juice – ½ cup
Fresh mint leaves – ¼ cup
Sugar (optional) – ¼ cup
Combine the coconut water, lime juice, sugar and fresh mint together and stir well. Drop in the cucumber slices and allow the mixture to chill for 2 hours before serving.
5. Sparkling Sangria
Slices of apples, oranges, grapes and strawberries – 2-3 each
Sparkling grape juice – 16 ounces
Add together all the fruit slices into the glassful of sparkling grape juice and stir. Garnish on top with a candy fruit slice and serve.
6. Black Grape Granita
Black Grapes (deseeded) – 1 cup
Banana – 1
Powdered Sugar – 2 tbsp
Lemon juice – ¼ tsp
Black salt – ¼ tsp
Blend the grapes and bananas to a fine puree and then add lemon juice, sugar, black salt and enough water to get the right consistency. Allow it to set in the freezer for few hours and then liquidize in the blender to get a slushy like consistency. Serve immediately.
