An Delicious And Healthy Recipe Of Cheesy Noodles Omlette

A noodles omlette is one of the very tasty snacks that is enjoyed by all especially by the kids. It is a very healthy and heavy product which keeps your stomach full for a long time. It is a protein rich food because of the presence of egg. Apart from that other vegetables and cheese that is used here add nutrients in this food. We all know that vegetables are mines of various minerals and vitamins and cheese is the good source of calcium. Moreover, these types of omlette are easy to make.

Healthy Recipe Of Cheesy Noodles Omlete:

1 packet noodle
6 eggs
1 onion
1 green chili
1 bell pepper
1 clove of garlic
coriander leaves
butter and vegetable oil

Method Of Preparation:

Step 1

In a container boil a good amount of water. Add salt and 1 tablespoon vegetable oil in the water. Add dry noodles in the water, when it is boiling. Keep boiling till the noodles are adequately soft. Then strain the water and wash noodles with ice cool water. It helps noodles not to get stuck with each other.

Step 2

Break all eggs in a container. Add some salt and I teaspoon butter in it. Beat it very well.

Step 3

Peel and chop onion. Chop green chili and bell pepper. Mince garlic. Chop fresh coriander leaves. Grate cheese and keep them aside.

Step 4

In a big pan add boiled noodles, beaten eggs, minced garlic, chopped onion, bell pepper, green chili and coriander leaves. Add little more salt. Previously you have already added salt in the time of beating egg. With the help of a spoon mix everything.

Step 5

On a non stick pan add 1 teaspoon vegetable oil and 1 teaspoon butter. Let the oil get heated. Then add some amount of noodle mixed egg. Sprinkle grated cheese on them and fry the omlette on low flame. Repeat the process. With this egg mixture, you can fry at least three omlettes.

Step 6

Remove omlette from pan. Sprinkle some freshly ground black pepper and chopped coriander on omlette and serve it hot at breakfast with a glass of hot milk or a cup of tea.
