Asiago Chicken With Bacon Cream Sauce Recipe

Chicken dishes are always tasty and delicious. There are many great dishes which are prepared with the use of chicken. Asiago chicken makes use of chicken breast and the chicken is very moist and tender. Filled with creamy sauce, this dish is very creamy and textured. And to top it , bacon stripes are cut into small pieces and they are given in this dish. The chicken will always be tender in this dish. This dish is perfect for parties. This chicken can be taken with bread sticks for that extra taste. The chicken should be seasoned properly to get the tenderness of the chicken.

Asiago Chicken With Bacon Cream Sauce

2-3 large chicken breasts which is halved
1/2 cup vegetable oil
4-5 minced garlic cloves
1 cup chicken stock
Chopped bacon which is cooked and excess oil drained
Lemon slices
1/2 cup shredded Asiago Cheese
Fresh chopped parsle
Salt and pepper to

Steps To Follow:

Step 1:

Firstly, the chicken should be seasoned properly with salt and pepper on both sides. The vegetable oil should be boiled on a large skillet. The chicken breasts should be cooked on medium flame till it becomes brown.

Step 2:

The minced garlic should be added to the skillet and cooked properly. The pan should be deglaze with the help of chicken stock. The remaining stock should be added to the skillet.

Step 3:

Half of the bacon should be added to the chicken broth. Then the chicken should be put in the pan again and then the lemon should be arranged around the chicken breast and then cooked for about 20 minutes. The chicken should be cooked till the time the pink part of the chicken removes.

Step 4:

The chicken should be removed from the skillet once the chicken is cooked perfectly. The lemon slices should also be removed. Then the chicken should be boiled and the shredded Asiago cheese should be added to the dish to allow it to melt properly. Then the chicken breasts should be put on the skillet again and pre heated.

Step 5:

While serving, sauce should be poured on top of the breasts and the bacon and parsley should be used for garnishing.
