For Making Salad:
Asparagus- 1 bunch washed and trimmed
Olive oil – 2 tablespoons extra virgin
Salt- as per required
Black pepper- as per required freshly ground
Cherry tomatoes- 1 pint, sliced into half
Red onion cut- ¾ cup
Feta cheese chopped- ¾ cup
Walnuts sliced and toasted-2/3 cup
To Make Vinaigrette:
Extra virgin olive oil-3 tablespoons
Red wine vinegar-2 tablespoons
Balsamic vinegar-1 tablespoon
Dijon mustard- 1 teaspoon
Sliced fresh rosemary-2 teaspoons
Freshly ground black pepper- ¼ teaspoon
Switch on the oven to brawl.
Spread the baking sheet and spread the asparagus and shower the olive oil. Then add salt, and freshly ground pepper.
Toss the ingredients one or two times to coat and reach the asparagus out in a single layer. Cook for 6 to 8 minutes till asparagus turn light brown.
