Bacon Wrapped Cheese Bombs Recipe

Who can say NO to a bacon? The fried bacon strips are so delicious and mouth watering that you can’t just stay without tasting bacons. Now, when bacons are filled with cheese , then it becomes extra delicious! The cheese and bacon steals the show for this dish. The texture cheese pulls apart once when the bacon strips are pulled apart. The temperature should be checked properly before cooking or else the entire dish can be spoiled with just some minute mistakes. It is easy to make this dish and can be served mostly to kids as they are surely going to love it. Wrapped Cheese Bombs Recipe

1. 1 can of biscuits
2. Mozzarella cheese
3. 5-6 slices of bacon that is cut into halves
4. Melted Butter
5. Grated garlic cloves
6. Tooth pricks for the purpose of serving

Steps To Follow:

Step 1:

Firstly, garlic should be mixed with melted butter and then the mixture should be set aside properly.

Step 2:

The biscuits should be placed on a cutting board and it should be flattened so that the cheese can be inserted inside the biscuits. The other side of the biscuit should be brushed with garlic butter. Then one cube of cheese should be taken and put inside the biscuit. The sides should be closed properly and then placed on a plate after rolling it for 3-4 times.

Step 3:

This step should be repeated with each biscuit present. The bacon should be used to wrap the biscuits and a tooth prick should be placed when done. Then take a skillet and pre heat vegetable oil to about 350oC.

Step 4:

Each of the biscuits should be fried for about 2-3 minutes till they become a bit of a crispy brown colour. The excess oil can be removed with the help of a paper towel.

Step 5:

Once the bacon biscuits are prepared, garlic butter or marinara sauce can be prepared which can be used as dipping.
