Pepperoni Pizza And Four Cheese Pizza Recipe:

Ingredients For Pizza Dough:
4 cup of all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon of active dry yeast
1 teaspoon of kosher salt
1/3 cup of olive oil and some for oiling the bowl
For Homemade Pizza Sauce:
12 ounces of mozzarella (fresh and sliced thin)
1 cup of pepperoni pieces
For Other Four Pizzas:
Pepper and salt (according to taste)
2 teaspoon of olive oil
One jar pestro of 3.5 ounce
13 ounces of mozzarella (fresh ad sliced thinly)
4 ounces of fontina (grated)
¼ cup of pecorino Romano (grated)
4 ounces of goat cheese (crumbled)
For Tomato Basil Salad:
5 cloves of garlic (minced finely)
1 pint of yellow grape tomatoes (cut into half lengthwise)
1 pint of red grape tomatoes (cut into half lengthwise)
¼ cup of olive oil
16 fresh chiffonado and basil leaves
1 teaspoon of balsamic vinegar
Salt and pepper according to taste
Ingredients For Pizza Sauce:
3 garlic cloves (crushed)
1-2 teaspoon of olive oil
1 onion (chopped finely)
Three crushed tomatoes (in 15 ounces cans)
A pinch of sugar
½ cup of chicken broth
Pepper and salt
1 teaspoon of oregano (dried)
8-10 basil leaves (fresh and chopped)
Direction to Prepare Basic Pepperoni Pizza and Four Cheese Pizzas:
For Pizza Dough:
Take 1 ½ cup of lukewarm water and sprinkle the dry active yeast in it.
Put salt and flour in a mixture. Run the mixture on low speed and add olive oil and mix properly. Also, add the yeast mixture and combine well.
Take a bowl and coat its surface with little amount of olive oil. Ad dough in the bowl and form a ball out of it. Make sure that the dough is well-covered with olive oil. Cover the bowl tightly with a plastic wrap and allow it to rise for approximately 1 hour.
Set the oven to 500 degrees Fahrenheit.
Open the wrap from the bowl and divide the dough into two equal portions. Take one part and roll it as thinly as you can. 0nce done, place on the baking sheet. Now follow the same procedure with the second part.
For Basic Pepperoni Pizza:
On pizza base, spread some sauce and top the base with some pepperoni and mozzarella.
For The Four Cheese Pizza:
Drizzle some olive oil and sprinkle some salt and pepper on it. Pour the entire pesto onto the dough and spread uniformly. Next, add goat cheese, pecorino Romano, fontina and mozzarella.
Put both the pizzas into the oven and bake until their rusts are golden and the cheese become bubbly. This may take up to 12-15 minutes.
Steps For Tomato Basil Salad:
In a small skillet, heat some olive oil on medium heat. Add garlic and stir. Fry lightly for about a minute. Make sure that you remove the skillet from the hat before the garlic turns too brown. Pour it into a bowl and cool a little. Add balsamic, basil, salt and pepper and some tomatoes to the bowl. Combine well and taste. If needed, add more basil and salt. Keep aside.
Add four cheese pizza with the tomato basil prepared above and cut the pizzas into parts and serve.
How To Make Pizza Sauce?
Keep a pan on medium-high heat and add some olive oil in the pan. Put chopped onions and garlic to the oil and stir them for some time. Cook for 4-5 minutes. Add chicken broth and keep on stirring. Cook while stirring until the gravy reduces to half of original amount.
Add crushed tomatoes to the mixture and combine properly. Next, add pepper and salt with a pinch of sugar. Stir again. Add dried oregano with basil in the mixture.
