Here Is The Recipe Of Cheesy And Drool-Worthy Stuffed Calamari:

Serves : 6
Minced garlic – 6 cloves
Calamari tubes – 12
Finely chopped green onions – 2
Cooked and chopped shrimp – 1/2 pound
Cooked and diced crab meat – 1/2 pound
Lemon juice – 1 tbsp
Butter – 3/4 cup
Cream cheese – 12 ounces (cut into cubes)
Minced garlic – 2 cloves
Milk – 3 cups
Grated Parmesan cheese – 10 ounces
Ground black pepper – 1 pinch
Grated Romano Cheese – 3/4 cup
Linguine pasta – 1 package
Preheat your oven to 350 degree F. Till then, you can wash the calamari tubes and rinse them properly. Pat dry once rinsed.
Take a large bowl and put 6 garlic gloves, crab meat, onions, shrimp and the lemon juice in it. Take a spoon and put this mixture into each of the calamari tube and you would need to seal the tube end using a toothpick.
Arrange these stuffed tubes on a baking dish on a single layer.
Now take a saucepan and melt some butter over medium heat. Stir the cubes of cream cheese and 2 garlic cloves. Cook till the cream cheese melts. Now pour the milk in it and whisk as you gently pour. Cook till the heat gets through. Remove from heat and put the Parmesan cheese in it. Sprinkle some pepper too.
Now pour this cheesy sauce over the calamari tubes which is kept in the baking dish. Sprinkle 2 tbsp of the Romano cheese on top of each calamari tube.
Now it is baking time! Do not cover it. You need to bake it till the sauce gets bubbly and the cheesy layer gets brown.
While it is baking, take a large pot and put some water and salt to it. Add the linguine pasta to it and cook till it is al dente. This should take 7 minutes. Drain the water.
Serve the yummy and cheesy stuffed calamari over the linguine pasta. Your dish is ready to serve! Serve it hot.
