Mouth Baked Parmesan

Preparation Time : 10 minutes
Cooking Time : 30 minutes
Serves : 8

Ingredients :

Milk – 1/2 cup
Ranch dressing – 1/2 cup
Cooking spray
All purpose flour – 1/2 cup
Bread crumbs – 1 cup (dry)
Parmesan cheese – 1/2 cup (grated)
Seasoned salt – 1/2 tsp
Black pepper – 1/2 tsp
Celery salt – 1/2 tsp
Garlic powder – 1/2 tsp
Onion powder – 1/2 tsp
Ground paprika – 1/2 tsp
Dried parsley – 1/2 tsp
Dried basil – 1/4 tsp
Tilapia fillets – 8 fillets

Method :

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 220 degrees C.

Step 2

Line the baking sheet with an aluminum foil and spray it with some cooking spray.

Step 3

Take a shallow bowl and mix ranch dressing and milk in it. Place the all purpose flour in another shallow bowl and set it aside.

Step 4

Now take a bowl and whisk the parmesan cheese, salt, black pepper, basil, paprika, onion powder, garlic powder, celery salt, parsley and bread crumbs in it. Spray some cooking spray on the bread mixture and then start whisking the crumbs. Repeat this step at least 2 times so that the crumb mixture gets moist.

Step 5

Put this mixture in a plastic bag and seal it.

Step 6

Now press the tilapia fillets on the flour in order to coat it. Shake off any excess flour and then dip the tilapia fillet into the milk and ranch dressing mixture.

Step 7

Now you would need to put these coated fillets to the crumb mixture plastic bag. Shake to coat the fish with the mixture.

Step 8

Arrange the coated fillet on the baking sheet. Spray some cooking spray on the fish and bake it in the preheated oven for 20 minutes.

Step 9

Take the fish out and serve it hot with tartar dip! Your dish is ready to serve.
