Loaf Italian bread- 1
Butter unsalted and melted- ½ cup
Garlic powder- 2 teaspoons
Mozzarella cheese shredded- 1 ½ cups
Garlic hub butter- as per required, but optional

Preheat the oven to over 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
Spread a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Now, cut the bread in lengthways and place the bread on the baking sheet with face upwards. Coat the surface with the melted butter, then shower the garlic powder.
Now, cover the bread with a piece of aluminum foil and put it on oven and bake for 10 minutes. After 10 minutes remove the piece from the oven and remove the foil and shower the cheese on top of the bread.
Bake for another five minutes or till the cheese melt down and brown spots begin to appear.
Transfer the cheese bread from the oven. Arrange a cutting board and place the cheesy garlic bread on it.
