Chilli Baby Corn In Thick Gravy Style

Serves: 4

Ingredients:

8-10 baby corn
4-5 cloves of garlic
1 small ginger
1 large or 2 small onions
5-6 green chili
1 bell pepper
1 teaspoon vinegar
2 tablespoons black soy sauce
1 cup chicken stalk
1 carrot
5-6 French Beans
olive oil
1 tablespoon corn flour
salt

Methods To Prepare Chilli Baby Corn In Thick Gravy Style:

Step 1

Cut baby corn in slightly thick round pieces. Sprinkle some salt over them and keep aside.

Step 2

Grind onion, ginger and garlic in to paste. Chop green chili and remove seeds. Peel and dice the carrot. Cut French beans in diagonal shape. Dice bell pepper. Mix chicken stalk and corn flour and be sure that mixing is proper and there is no lump.

Step 3

Add 2-3 tablespoons of olive oil in a pan. Add garlic ginger and onion paste. Stir well to fry the paste. When the spices are well fried, add baby corn in it. Mix well and pour the corn flour mixed chicken stalks on it. Add carrot and French beans in the gravy and mix well. Add 1 teaspoon vinegar in it. Keep the lid on for 8-10 minutes and cook the whole thing on a moderate flame. Check whether the gravy is thick or not. Check the salt. Add soy sauce on the gravy and mix well. At last add diced bell pepper and chopped green chili in it. Keep the lid on so that the smell of chili and bell pepper mixed well with the preparation.

Step 4

Serve it hot with steamed rice or bread.
