• ½ cup of all-purpose flour (plain)

• 2 cups of corn kernels
• 1 teaspoon of lemon juice
• ¼ cup of oil
• 3 teaspoon of fresh cilantro (chopped)

• 3 red chilies (fresh and finely chopped)
• 2 teaspoon of salt
• 1 cup of rice vinegar
• ¾ cup of brown sugar
• 1 garlic clove (chopped)

How To Prepare Corn Fritter?
Take a bowl and add salt, ground rice, flour, coriander, baking powder and cumin to it. Mix properly. Add lemon juice, egg and ½ cup of water to the mixture. Beat to form a smooth batter.
Add spring onion, chopped cilantro and corn and mix once again.
Keep a non-stick pan on the stove and add oil in the pan. Add mixture with the help of spoon and flatten from all the parts. Cook the fritter for 2-3 minutes or until it turns brown and then flip to other side.

Add all the ingredients of sweet chilli sauce in a small saucepan and stir on low heat until the sugar present in the mixture mixes properly.
Cook the mixture on low heat until the mixture starts boiling. Or you may cook the mixture for the next 5 minutes. Make sure that the consistency of the mixture remains thick to slightly syrupy.
