Deep Dish Mini Pizzas Recipe

Ingredients Required :

Mini pepperoni slices
1 can of pizza sauce
1 packet of crescent roll
Grated mozzarella cheese

Preparation Procedure :

Step 1

Start the preparation by setting a preheating temperature of 375 degrees Fahrenheit on your oven. After that, fetch a muffin tin and grease it generously with cooking spray or cooking oil. Once done, remove the muffin tray and place a cookie sheet on your work table.

Step 2

Thaw the crescent roll completely if you have frozen it and then lay it flat out in the cookie sheet. Using a sharp cutter, either round or square, cut out small sheets of crescent rolls to form the base of mini pizzas.

Step 3

Oncr you are ready with the pizza bases, lay them carefully in the greased muffin cups. Make sure that you place the corners well above the muffin cups if you are using square pizza bases. Once done, cover each of the pizza bases with a layer of grated mozzarella cheese. Top the cheese layer with a generous layer of pizza sauce and then follow with another layer of the grated cheese.

Step 4

Finally, dot the mini pizzas with the pepperoni slices or other favorite toppings of yours and then pop the muffin tin into the preheated oven. Bake the mini pizzas for 15 to 20 minutes or until the bases are thoroughly baked and they turn golden and the cheese on top turns bubbly.

Step 5

Once you are ready with the mini pizzas, let them rest on your kitchen counter at room temperature for 5 to 10 minutes before extracting them from the muffin cups and serving them.
