Preparation Time: 20 Minutes
Cooking Time: 1 Hour
Red bell pepper – 1 (cut finely)
Sliced Tomatoes – 3
Tilapia Fillets – 6
Paprika – 2 tbsp
Chicken bouillon granules – 1 tbsp
Cayenne pepper – 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Olive oil – 1/4 cup
Water – 1 cup
Fresh parsley – 1/4 cup chopped
Method Of Preparation:
Preheat the oven to 300 degrees F. Preheating the oven is an important step because without preheating, the dish is not made properly.
Now layer the red peppers and the tomatoes at the bottom of a greased baking dish. Greasing the baking dish is equally important. Arrange the tilapia on top of the tomato and red pepper layer.
Now combine the chicken bouillon, paprika, pepper, cayenne, salt, olive oil and water. Mix it well. Pour this seasoning on the fish. Sprinkle the freshly chopped parsley to finish it off.
Now cover the baking dish using an aluminum foil and bake the fish in the preheated oven till it starts flaking easily with a fork. The vegetables should get tender. This should take about an hour.
Serve hot with steamed rice. It will taste very yummy! You can make dish on the skillet as well. It tastes equally good if you make it on a skillet.
