This is the dish in which we cook the jasmine rice in the flavor of the tea bag, we take the salmon fish and fry it to nicely. We take the papaya, rice wine vinegar, lime juice and spring onions and grill it nicely, last we take the lattice and grill it also with the sesame oil.

Preparation Time- 10 Minutes
Cooking Time- 15 Minutes
Jasmine rice- 100 gm
Tea bag- 2
Salmon fish- 1
Rice wine vinegar- 1 tablespoon
Lime juice- 2 tablespoon
Spring onion- 2 sprig
Sesame oil- 1 teaspoon
Salt- as per taste
Methods Of Preparation:
First take the bowl and clean the jasmine rice in it, now put the same bowl on the low heat, add the water in it, now add the salt to it, now take the tea bag, place this in it, now leave it for sometime, so that the water will soaked the flavor, now remove it, cover the lid and cook it for 10 minutes, now drain out the excess water and place the rice in another bowl.
Now take the whole salmon fish, cut out the mouth, tail and fins from it, now remove the shells of it, now cut it into chunks, now clean it proper and remove it the thorns from it, now take out the skin and cut it into chunks. Now take the pan, add little bit of the oil, now fry it from the skin side for 5 minutes, then flip to the other side and fry it.
Now take the papaya, cut it into dices, now place this into bowl, now add 2 tablespoon of the lime, now add 1 tablespoon of the rice wine vinegar to it, add the finely chopped spring onions to it, now mix it well. Now grill the whole things nicely for sometime.
Now take the lattice, cut it into 2 equal size, now place little bit of the sesame oil in it, now grill the lattice for about the 5 minutes in the hot grill pan.
Now take the rice and add this to the serving plate to the one side, now take the papaya mixture, place this to the other side, now take the salmon fish and served it to remaining side.
