Delicious Chijeu-Buldak (Fire Chicken With Cheese) Recipe

This is the chicken dish and this dish first we make the delicious spicy paste and then we marinate the chicken breast from it and then we cook it, now to add the flavour we add the cheese to it and then we served it with the melted cheese. This is the easy to cook chicken recipe and loved by everyone.

Chijeu-Buldak

Preparation Time- 10 Minutes
Cooking Time- 20 Minutes
Serves- 4

Ingredient:

Chicken breast- 2 pound
Hot pepper flakes- 1/2 cup
Hot pepper paste- 2tablespoon
Soy sauce- 1 tablespoon
Vegetable oil- 3 tablespoon
Ground black pepper- 1/2 tablespoon
Rice syrup- 1/3 cup
Garlic- 6 cloves
Ginger- 2 tablespoon
Mozzarella cheese- 1 pound
Rice cake- 1 cup
Green onion- 1
Water- 1/4 cup

Method Of Prepration:

Step 1

Firstly, we make a spicy paste for cooking for this we take 2 tablespoon of hot pepper flakes, 2 tablespoon of hot pepper paste, 1 tablespoon of soy sauce, 2 tablespoons vegetable oil, 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper, 1/3 cup of rice syrup in bowl then take 6 large garlic and ginger minced and chopped it nicely and add it into the bowl mix it well.

Step 2

Now take 2 pound of chicken breast wash it properly and trim the yellow fat and then cut into into small pieces then add it in the bowl and mix with the paste by using hand.Further take 1 pound of mozzarella cheese cut it into small pieces and put it in a bowl.

Step 3

Take a fry pan, put it on medium heat pour 1 tablespoon vegetable oil into it as the oil is hot put sliced rice cake into it stir and fry it for 2 minutes then turn them over and fry it for few more minutes until the rice cakes become crispy and light golden brown and turn of the heat.

Step 4

Now take a thick fry pan, put it on heat pour few drop of oil and place the marinated chicken into the pan cover and cook it for 10 minutes on medium heat. After couple of minutes stir and turn the chicken into other side and then add the rice cakes to the top of the chicken. Turn down the heat to low then cover and cook it for another 10 minutes until the chicken is completely cooked.

Step 5

As the chicken is completely cooked turn off the gas and add cheese over the top of chicken and put the pan in oven for few minutes so that cheese goes to melt over the chicken. Remove the pan from oven and garnish it with green coriander and green chilli then transfer delicious chicken into serving plates enjoy it.
