If you are planning for a party and want to served some delicious snacks then this dish is the best option for you, first you need to boil the crab meat and take out the meat of it, then we fry the shallot, red bell pepper and celery, then we prepare the mixture of the mayo, Dijon mustard, egg, vegetables, crab meat and prepare the balls of it, add dust the breadcrumbs and fry it, we also prepare the mixture of the butter, red chili, lemon zest, then we apply this to the corn and served all the things.

Preparation Time- 10 Minutes
Cooking Time- 35 Minutes
Serves- 4

Ingredients:

Crab- 200 gm
Bread slices- 4
Parsley- 30 gm
Mayo- 3 tablespoon
Egg- 1
Dijon Mustard- 1 teaspoon
Lemon juice- 1 tablespoon
Italian seasoning- 1 teaspoon
Olive oil- 1 tablespoon
Panko Bread- 4
Shallot- 1
Red bell pepper- 50 gm
Celery- 2 stalks
Corn- 4
Butter- 100 gm
Chili powder- 2 teaspoon
Lime- 1 teaspoon
Salt- as per taste
Pepper- 1 teaspoon

Methods Of Preparation:

Step 1

First you need to take the bread, put it in the jar, now blend it to get the breadcrumbs of it, now take the panko bread slices and make the breadcrumbs of it, in the same jar, now take out both of them in the separate bowl.

Step 2

Now take the crab, put it in the bowl, put it on the low heat, add the water to it, now season it with the salt and pepper, now cover the lid and cook it for about the 10 minutes, now drain the water and take out the chicken, now carefully take out the skin of it and then, shred the meat of the crab as much as you can.

Step 3

Now take the shallot, celery and the red bell pepper, chopped it very fine, make sure that the size should be same, now take the skillet, put it on the low heat, as the skillet is hot, add the olive oil to it, now add the chopped vegetables to it, season it with the salt and pepper, now mix all the things and fry it for sometime, now take it out to different bowl.

Step 4

Now take the deep bowl, add the mayo to it, add the 1 teaspoon of the Dijon mustard, add the fine chopped parsley to it, crack one egg to it, add the 1 teaspoon of the Italian seasoning to it, now mix all the things well.

Step 5

Now add the vegetables to it, add the panko breadcrumbs to it, add the crabmeat to it, now mix all the things to get the thick paste of it, now take out little part of it, now make a ball of it and tap it, dust it with the breadcrumbs, take the frying pan, add the cooking oil to it, as the oil is hot, add the balls to it, fry it till the crust of it become golden brown and crunchy, now place this to the tissue paper and soak the excess oil, do the same will all the mixture.

Step 6

Now take the soft unsalted butter, put it to the plate, add little bit of the red chili powder, add the salt to it, add zest of lemon, mix all the things, take the corn, apply this paste on it, now take the serving plate, place the crunchy balls of the crab meat along with the corn and serve it. The dish is ready to eat.
