Delicious Crispy Bread Chicken Roll Recipe At Home

So friends, keeping that in mind, today I am going to share a very easy and tasty snacks recipe which will change your mood. We all know very well that a nice and tasty snack with tea or coffee at evening can change our mood. This snacks recipe I will be sharing today can be made very quickly and they are tasty as well. Bread Chicken Roll

This is a very tasty and easy making recipe. As I am going to use chicken, this dish is full with nutrients. Make this for your kid and see how they are enjoying it. Let’s start the recipe:

Bread Chicken Roll Recipe

Preparation Time: 10 Minutes
Cooking Time: 20 Minutes
Serves: 4


Sandwich bread slice 10 piece
Chicken 250 grams ( cut into small pieces)
Chopped onion 1 cup
Ginger paste 1 tsp
Garlic paste 1/2 tsp
Paprica powder 1/4 tsp
All purpose flour 20 grams
Bread crumb 1 Cup
Egg 2
Salt to taste
Oil to fry
Black pepper powder 1/4 tsp

Method Of Preparation:

Step 1:

Soak the bread pieces into water and then squeeze out the water by pressing them with hand. Press the bread pieces so that they become flat and thin. Remember you need to soak one bread at a time into the water. Soaking of all bread together in water will cause sticking together. Keep them aside. Here, in this recipe I have used brown bread to keep its nutritional level up. If you can’t get brown bread, no issue. Normal sandwich bread even works the same.

Step 2:

Boil the chicken pieces into salted water. strain the water with the help of a strainer. Remove the bones from it. Shred the chicken pieces into small pieces.

Step 3:

Add oil in a frying pan. Now add chopped onion and fry them till they are golden brown. Now add ginger paste and garlic paste. Mix these paste with fried onion and saute for about 2 minutes. After that, add paprika powder, salt one after another and mix them with ginger-garlic and onion paste. Fry this mixture for 5 minutes. Add the shredded chicken into this mixture. Fry them properly on high flame for about 5 minutes. When chicken pieces will be coated with the mixture of ginger, garlic and onion, switch off the flame. Cool it down. Keep it aside.

Step 4:

Now we are ready with the chicken stuffing. Take one bread piece. Put 1-2 spoon of these chicken stuff on it. Roll the bread. To make it secure tie it with a thread. Make all the bread pieces ready like this.

Step 5:

Take a mixing bowl. Crack two eggs into it. Whisk them to make smooth. Mix salt and all purpose flour with it. Whisk them again to make a thick smooth batter. You can add a pinch of black pepper powder with this batter to give a spice taste of the bread chicken roll.

Step 6:

Heat oil in a frying pan. Dip the bread roll into egg batter and then roll it on bread crumb. Dip fry it until they are golden brown. You can repeat this step it you want to make the bread role more crispy. Fry all the bread rolls like this.
