Delicious Grilled Pineapple Pork Chops Recipe

Preparation Time : 8 Hours
Cooking Time : 15 Minutes
Serves: 6


Pineapple rings – 20 ounces (reserve the juice)
Brown sugar – 1/2 cup
Soy sauce – 1/2 cup
Garlic powder – 1/2 tsp
Pork chops – 6

Method Of Preparation:

Step 1

Mix the pineapple juice (reserved from the pineapple can), soy sauce, brown sugar and the garlic powder in plastic bag which is resealable. Keep it in till the brown sugar gets dissolved.

Step 2

Add the pork chops to the plastic bag and close the zip so that the chops take in all the goodness from the juices. Now keep it in the fridge for 8 hours. It will get marinated the best way.

Step 3

Now you need to preheat the grill to high heat once the pork chops are ready to cook. Remove them from the bag and place the chops on the grill.

Step 4

Brush the chops with the juicy marinade inside the plastic bag. Brush them while they are cooking on the grill. The chops will soak in the flavor.

Step 5

Grill the pork chops till they turn brown. It should not be pink from inside. This should take 6 minutes per side. Make sure the chops are not too thick.

Step 6

While the pork chops are cooking on the grill, just place the pineapple rings on the heated grill till they are warm. They should have grill marks on them.

Step 7

Now serve the pork chops with the yummy grilled pineapples. You can serve the pineapple on the side of the chops or on top of them. Your dish is ready to serve.
