Here Are Delicious Ham And Peppers Omelette Roll As Your Brunch
Cooking Time: 15 minutes
Preparation Time: 10 minutes
Eggs – 2
Milk- 1/2 cup
Ham slices – 2
Oil- 1 tablespoon
Capsicum- 3 different types (red, yellow and green)
Cream cheese – 2 tablespoons
Salt and pepper- To taste
Whisk the two beaten eggs with milk and add salt and pepper to the same. In a pan add one tablespoon of oil or butter. Allow it to melt
Pour the egg batter on the pan and as the omelette is cooking, cut the ham slices into small squares.
As the omelette is being cooked, design the ham slices on top of the omelette in a chequered fashion.
Keep aside the omelette and now saute the sliced capsicum of red, yellow and green varieties in oil and select spices. After they are cooked mix them in cream cheese well. Ensure that the vegetables are piping hot when mixed with the cheese.
Apply this creamy mixture on top of the omelette. Get ready your oven by preheating it to 450 degrees.
Roll the omelette and cut it into 3 slices. Bake it in the oven for five minutes. You would see that the cheese is delciously melted in the fringes of the dish. That is when you would know that your ham and peppers omelette roll is ready to be savored!
