Delicious, Healthy, Creamy Veggie Pasta In Minutes!

Who doesn’t love this famous and delicious dish from traditional Italian Cuisine! Since last few years, popularity of Pasta has grown significantly, to become an all-time favourite snack. There are multiple ways to make Pasta in different countries, here I provide the simplest recipe for Italian Pasta, in a different, healthy style!  When you are in a hurry, grab and prepare this with ingredients always available on your kitchen shelves, for a complete meal in minutes!

Recipe For Delicious, Healthy, Creamy Veggie Pasta:

Creamy Veggie Pasta

Preparation Time – 15 Minutes
Cooking Time- 20 Minutes
Serves- 5

Recipe Ingredients:

Wheat pasta – penne and fusilli – 750 gms.
Olive Oil- 4 Tablespoons
Tomatoes- 4
Onion-  3
Carrot- 1
Curry leaves-(optional) – for dressing
Corn flour-  2 tablespoons
Mayonnaise- 150 g
Tandoori Mayonnaise- 50g
Schezwan Chilly Sauce- 20g ( According to your taste)
Milk cream- 3 tablespoons
Milk- 5 big spoons (for reheat)
Lemon Juice- One tablespoon
SPICES (According to taste)
Salt
Red Chilly Flakes
Oreganos
Mustard seeds- 1 teaspoon

Preparation:

Step 1

First of all, begin with boiling the pasta. Take a boiling utensil, add sufficient water for pasta to immerse and add half tablespoon salt.

Bring to boil, stirring occasionally, so the pasta does not stick together.  After 10 minutes, let the water drain through the sieve, and add cold water to the pasta.  Let the cold water also drain through the sieve.

Step 2

Meanwhile, prepare the pasta puree.  Prepare tomato puree by grinding tomatoes in a grinder. Make sure there are no tomato crumbs, just pure tomato puree.

Step 3

Now add 3 tablespoons olive oil, mustard seeds and heat the oil. Add chopped onions and let them turn brownish.

Add chilly flakes and chilly powder according to taste.

Step 4

After the onions turn brownish, add the tomato puree to it. Stir for two minutes and add mayonnaise, tandoori mayonnaise.  Stir continuously. Take corn flour in a small glass and add 20ml(4 tablespoons) water. Mix properly.

Step 5

Now add the milk cream and Corn flour mixture in the puree and stir continuously. This will help the gravy turn thick and creamy. Now add the salt, peppers, oreganos and Schezwan sauce. Stir occasionally.

Step 6

Your delicious pasta is just 2 minutes away. Add the boiled pasta to the pasta gravy/ puree and mix thoroughly. Pour one tablespoon lemon juice over the pasta.  Cook for 2 more minutes, mixing the pasta properly.

Your delicious and easy pasta is ready in just a few minutes!  Serve hot by adding extra cream, oreganos, and curry leaves for a mouth watering flavor.

To repeat the leftover pasta, just add milk till the creamy texture of the pasta is revived.
