This is the traditional dish of the Italy. In this we take the fresh mussels, then we clean it properly, we take the Italian bread loaf and make the slices of it apply the butter and garlic to it, then we place this inside the oven and toss it, we cook the mussels in the oil and garlic, then we add the chopped parsley and the black pepper to it. Mussels- 2 kg
Garlic- 2 cloves
Parsley- 2 sprigs
Cardamom powder- 1 teaspoon

Methods Of Preparation:
First you need to clean the mussels, for this take out the thread or the beard of it, now scrub the shell of it, now take the knife and scratch the shell of it, clean it in the running water and then place this in the bowl.
No take the loaf of the Italian bread, now cut it into slices, now on the top of it make a thin layer of the butter, now sprinkle the garlic powder to it, now place this inside the oven at 180 degree Celsius for about the 10 minutes.
Now take the larger sauce pan, add the olive oil to it, now add the garlic to it, now fry the garlic to it, add the mussels to it, now add the water to it, now cover the lid and boil it for about the 25 minutes, till the mouth of the mussels will get opened.
First you need to take the spinach, clean it with the running water, now cut the leaves of it, now take the deep bowl, now put it on the low heat, add the water to it, now as the water start boiling add the spinach leaves to it, season it with the salt and pepper.
Now after 15 minutes, check the leaves of the spinach, as the leaves are tender, now drain out the water, put them in the jar, blend it up, now take the double cream, add this to the paste, now mix it again, add little bit of the cardamom powder, take it out in another plate.
Now take the pan, put it on the low heat, as the pan is hot, add some of the cumin seeds, add finely chopped garlic and onions to it, now fry it for sometime, add the spinach mixture to it, now cover the lid and cook it for about 10 minutes, allow it to cool, now place this inside the refrigerator for 2 hours.
Now take the parsley, chopped it very fine, now take the 2 tablespoon of the pepper and add this to the mussels, shake it well so that the flavors will go inside the mussels, now take it out in the serving plate.
Now take out the garlic bread from the oven sprinkle the dried oregano on the top of it, take out the spinach to the serving bowl, now enjoy this delicious dish with the mussels. The dish is ready.
