Delicious Japchae Sweet Potato Starch Noodles Stir Fried With Vegetables At Home

This is dish which has so many of the flavors. This is famous in all over the world and served as a main course in most of the hotels restaurants. In this we make the delicious japchae by using so many of the vegetables and then we take the beaten egg and then cook it and then we add the spinach to give it extra taste.

Japchae Sweet Potato Starch Noodles

Preparation Time- 10 Minutes
Cooking Time- 12 Minutes
Serve- 3


Shiitake mushroom- 2
Beef- 4 ounces
Garlic- 2 cloves
Sugar- 1 tablespoons plus 2 teaspoons
Soy sauce- 2 tablespoons plus 1 teaspoon
Sesame oil- 2 tablespoon
Sesame seeds- 1 tablespoon
Large egg- 1
Spinach- 4 ounces
Dangmyeon- 4 ounces
Green onion- 2 cup
Medium onion- 1 cup
Mushroom- 5
Carrot- 3/4 cup
Red bell pepper
Ground black pepper- 1/2 teaspoon
Salt- 1 teaspoon
Vegetable oil- 2 tablespoon

Method Of Preparation

Step 1

First, take a bowl put beef and mushroom into it and then put 1 clove of minced garlic, 1 teaspoon sugar, 2 teaspoons soy sauce, ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper, and 1 teaspoon of sesame oil in bowl mix it well, cover the bowl with polythene then keep it in refrigerator.

Step 2

Now take another bowl take the egg yolk and then season it with the salt and the pepper and the beat it nicely. Now take the pan and then add the oil to it and then put this on the low flame and then add the beaten egg into it. Now cook it for one minute by using remaining heat in the pan then flip it over to cook both side let it cool down.

Step 3

Further take a bunch of spinach, wash it properly and chopped it nicely, then place it into a bowl, then add one teaspoon of soy sauce and sesame oil into bowl mix it well. Now take pan, add water into it put it on heat as the water boil add spinach into the boiling water for 1 minute then take it out.

Step 4

Now in same pan add the water and boil it and then add the noodles to it and stir it regularly  for about the 5 minutes. For japchae, take the onion chopped it nicely, cut 6-7 mushroom thin slices, makes 2 cup slices carrot, and chopped red capsicum.

Step 5

Further put cooked noodles in large bowl add 1 tablespoon of sesame oil, 1 teaspoon of soy sauce and 1 teaspoon sugar mix it well. Now take a fry pan put it on heat pour 2 tablespoon vegetable oil into it as the pan is hot add onion , green onion and pinch of salt in a pan then stir and fry it for 2 minutes.

Step 6

Now put same pan on heat add 2 teaspoon vegetable oil as the oil is hot, add mushroom saute in it, then add a pinch of salt fry it for 2 minutes and then transfer it to the noodles bowl. Now heat up pan again and put 1 teaspoon oil add the carrot and stir and fry for 30 seconds then add the red bell pepper and stir and fry for another 20 seconds and transfer to the noodle bowl.

Step 7

Again heat up the pan, put 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil, add beef stir and fry it. Now mix all vegetable and noodles together add one minced garlic, 1 tablespoon soy sauce, 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper, 1 tablespoon sugar, and 2 teaspoons of sesame oil to the bowl now mix all ingredient in bowl together garnish it with sesame seeds and serve it to the plate.
