Chinese foods are mouth watering and they are making their place in the world. Now Chinese dishes are the best, they are healthy, having less cholesterol and easy to cook. Manchurian is one of the Chinese dish, which is in highly demand. Normally we get delicious Manchurian in the restaurants or hotels and they are expensive too. But here is the recipe to make Manchurian at home in simple and easy steps.
Preparation time- 10 minutes
Cooking time- 20 minutes
Chopped cabbage, onions, garlic, capsicum, carrots and green vegetables- 1 medium bowl
Baking Soda – 1 table spoon
Corn Flour- 100 gm
All purpose flour – 100 gm
Vegetable oil – 100 ml
Salt- as taste
Turmeric – 1 teaspoon
Black pepper powder – 2 teaspoon
Ginger Garlic paste- 1 tablespoon
Tissue Paper – 3
Vinegar- 1 tablespoon
Soya Sauce – 1 tablespoon.
Chopped the cabbage, onions, carrot, capsicum, and other green vegetable into very small pieces. Onions should be cut in small and big parts.
Now its time to make the balls of the Manchurian. Take the all purpose oil, add the salt, some black pepper powder, add some of the vegetables that we have already cut. Now mix it well. Add some of the vegetable oil now, add some of the water into it and make a dove of it. Now make the small balls of it.
Now take a fry pan and add vegetable oil into it and now heat it. Put the flame at low and put the ball into it. Now deep fry it and check it when it get brown. Then off the flame and take out the balls and soaked the excess oil with the tissue paper.
Its time to make the sauce of the Manchurian. Now take the vegetable oil and cook it, now add some of the ginger garlic paste fry it, then add all the vegetable into it, add some of the soya sauce, add vinegar, some of the turmeric, red chilli powder now fry it for 5-7 minutes.
Now add the corn flour into it and baking soda into it. Now add the water and cook it for 10 minutes. When the bubbles are coming out from it then remove the flame. Now add the fried ball into it and your Manchurian is ready to serve.
