This is the great Mexican food, this is the recipe in which we first cook the potatoes and make the thin slices of it, now fry the bacon in the oil, now fry the chopped garlic, shallot and the ground beef with the crispy bacon, then we make the sauce of the cream cheese, cinnamon powder, sour cream, we take the make the layers of the potato slices, cream with the slices of ham, bacon mixture, we add the Parmesan cheese and mozzarella cheese, then we add the breadcrumbs and beaten egg and bake it and served it.

Cream cheese- 100 gm
Mexican sour cream- 50 ml
Ground cinnamon- 1 teaspoon
Ham- 5 strips
Bacon- 5 strips
Ground beef- 200 gm
Breadcrumbs- 4 slices
Salt- as per taste
Pepper- 1 teaspoon
Olive oil- 2 tablespoon
Mozzarella cheese- 100 gm
Parmesan cheese- 100 gm
Garlic- 2 cloves
Methods Of Preparation:
First you need to clean the potatoes, now take the bowl, add the water to it, now place it on the medium flame, add the water to it, now cover the lid and boil the potatoes for about the 20 minutes.
Now take out the potatoes in the bowl, place them in the running water, now peel it and cut it into very thin slices. Now take the onions, cut it into slices, take the garlic, crush it and chopped it very fine, do the same with the tomatoes.
Now take the bacon, chopped it into pieces, take the skillet, add the oil to it, put it on the medium flame, as the oil is hot add the bacon to it, now fry it for 5 minutes till it become crispy, now in the same pan, add the shallots and garlic, fry it for 2 minutes, add the ground beef to it, fry it till the color of the beef become dark brown.
Now take the egg white, whisk it fast so that soft peak will be developed in it, in the blender jar, add the Mexican sour cream with the cream cheese, add the ground cinnamon to it, add the whipped egg white in it and ON the blender so that there will be smooth paste of it.
Grate the Parmesan cheese and the mozzarella cheese separately, now in the baking tray, apply the butter to all the sides of it, now add the potato slices to it, now season it with the salt and pepper.
Now take the ham and slice it into 1 inches, now place the ham on it, now add the cream to it, add the crispy bacon mixture to it, now add the Parmesan cheese to it, now again place the potatoes, cream, ham and bacon mixture, now on the top of it, add the grated mozzarella cheese to it.
Now cover the tin with the aluminium foil and place this inside the oven at 180 degree Celsius for about the 20 minutes, take it out, remove the sliver foil, now in the blender jar add the bread slices and make the breadcrumbs to it, now add the breadcrumbs on the top of it, now apply the beaten egg on it, now again place this inside the oven for about the 10 minutes.
Now take it out, cut the slices of it and place it in the serving plate. The dish is ready to eat.
