Shawarma is also the dish of the beef meat but the dish with the chicken is best known for it taste with the yougurt. The combination of the garlic and yogurt with the chicken is so delicious. We can also cook it in our home by following the simple steps.
Preparation time- 15 minutes

Chicken Breast- 200 gm
Yogurt- 3 tablespoon
Lemon juice- 1 tablespoon
Garlic powder- 3 teaspoon
Onion Powder- 4 teaspoon
Cinnamon powder- 2 teaspoon
Cloves powder- 2 teaspoon
Ginger powder- 2 teaspoon
Black sweet powder- 3 teaspoon
Olive oil- 3 tablespoon
White Vinegar- 2 tablespoon
Tomato paste- 2 tablespoon
Methods Of Preparation
Take the raw chicken and then cut the chest part of it, now cut it again in a slice horizontally from the middle, now when you get the thin layer of the chicken then cut it vertically into pieces. When all the chicken will be cut then put all this in a deep bowl.
Now add all the onion powder, garlic powder, ginger powder, black sweet powder, clove powder, cinnamon powder now mix it well, now add the olive oil, yogurt, white vinegar, tomato paste, add the salt to taste and now mix them all very well.
Taste the mixture and check about the ingredients in that id you want your shawarma to be more spicy then you can add some chilli flakes also. Now add your chicken into this and mix the chicken with the ingredients. Now once your spices are all over the chicken, then take the plastic envelope and put all the chicken inside this for at least 2 hours and you can leave your chicken for the night for the better taste. Make sure that you have perfectly sealed the envelope, now wrap it with the aluminium foil and leave it.
To make the shawarma wrap we take a glass add the yeast packet into it and then add the Luke warm water into it, mix it well now in another pan take the 3 table spoon of the all purpose flour and add the yeast mixture in it. Now make a soft dough with it by adding water time to time. Now brush the olive oil at the surface and leave the dough for at least 1 hour.
Now make a small ball from the dough make a thin circular shape from the roller, surface should be even. Now take a pan brush the olive oil and place your chapati on it and bake it slightly on both the side.
To make the shawarma take a fry pan and add the olive oil into it and make it hot on the medium flame, now take out your chicken and add in the pan cook it for 5-6 minutes and stir it mean while, cook the chicken all around.
Now cut the chapati into 2 pieces and apply the mayonnaise at the one side, now add the chicken into it and then roll it to make roll of it. Do this for the other piece of the chapati. Now brush some oil the top and the bottom, now take a fry pan and bake the shawarma from all the sides to make it more crisp and tasty. Make sure that it will not get burn. Take out in a plate and then serve it with the tomato and the chilli sauce.
