This is delicious dish and it is cooked in no time. In this we first half cooked the rice, then we take out the meat of the sausage, then we fry it, we fry the garlic cloves, we tender the broccoli rabe and then we add mix it to the garlic, we add the hot pepper flakes, sausages, rice and orecchiette, we cook it for sometime, then we add the mixture of the beaten egg and make a layer of the Parmiggiano Reggiano on it and bake it and served it in slices.

Methods Of Preparation
First you need to take the skillet, put it on the low heat, add the olive oil to it, now take the turkey sausage to the plate, now take turkey sausages to the plate, take a sharp knife, cut mark to the top of it, now remove the skin of the sausage, mash the sausage with the help of the masher.
Put the sausage to the skillet, now fry it for sometime, cut the pieces of the sausages, take the deep bowl, now take the broccoli rabe, clean it properly in the water, now put it in the bowl, add the hot water to it, add the salt to it, cover the lid and leave it for sometime, as the rabe tendered take it out, squeeze it and drain the water of it.
As the color of the sausages is changed to the brown, take it out to the tissue paper and soak the oil to it, chopped the garlic cloves very fine, add the red chili flakes to it, now put it to the same skillet, fry it for sometime, add the broccoli rabe to it and mix it, season it with the salt and pepper, cover it with the lid.
As you remove the lid, there will be water in it, now leave it so that the whole water will be evaporated, now add the cold water in it, boil the rice in the water in other pan and add the half boiled rice to it, add the orecchiette to it, leave it for 10 minutes with the lid covered.
Now take the baking tray, grease it with the butter, now transfer the mixture in it, spread it to the edges of the tray, crack the egg to the bowl, add the salt and pepper to it, mix it with completely, grate the Parmiggiano Reggiano on it, now pour the egg mixture on the top of it, shake it so that the mixture will be spread, now again cover the whole mixture with the Parmiggiano Reggiano.
Preheat the oven at 180 degree Celsius as the oven is preheated, place the inside the oven for about the 20 minutes, if you want crispy crust then you can add breadcrumbs to it also, after 20 minutes, take it out, it will become slightly hard, now cut it into slices, take the serving plate, put the slices on each other, add the pour the melted butter on it and served it.
