This is the dish for the snacks it is easy to cook, in this we hammer the tenderloin, we add the fried spinach to it, we add fried bacon to it, we add the grated mozzarella and parmiggiano cheese to it, we tie it with the kitchen string, we fry it and cook it in the oven, roast the garlic, we make the sauce of the butter, all purpose flour, white wine, beef stock and the paste of the roast garlic to it, then we cut the slices of it and served it with the sauce.

Pork Tenderloin- 1 kg
Spinach- 400 gm
Prosciutto- 8 slices
Parmiggiano- 200 gm
Mozzarella- 150 gm
Olive oil- 40 ml
All purpose flour- 2 tablespoon
Pepper- as per taste
Salt- as per taste
Garlic head- 1
White wine- 100 ml
Butter- 2 tablespoon
Flour- 2 tablespoon
Beef stock- 100 ml
Thyme- 3 sprigs
White wine- 30 ml
First you need to take the whole garlic head, put it in the small bowl, add water to it, put it on the low flame over the low heat, cook it for only 1 minute only, take it out, cut it from the middle horizontally, take the aluminium foil, wrap the garlic to it, put it inside the oven at 200 degree Celsius for about the 15 minutes, so that they get roasted.
Take the loaf of the pork tenderloin, cut it from the middle from the sharp knife, unfold it, cover it with the clean foil from both the sides, place it to the hard place, tap it with the kitchen hammer to make it from and get the even surface, repeat the process to the other side.
Take the bowl, put it on the low flame, season it with the salt and pepper, add little bit of oil to it, as the water start boiling, remove it, add the leaves of the spinach to it for about the 5 minutes, drain the water, place a skillet over medium flame, add little bit of the butter on it, now fry the spinach in it for sometime.
In the same pan, add little bit of more butter, now place the bacon slices and fry it from both the sides, take the tenderloin, make the layer of the bacon on it, add the spinach to it, add the grated parmiggiano and mozzarella cheese to it, now roll it tightly.
Take the kitchen strings, tie the tenderloin roll from both the ends and a gap of about an inch, take the long pan, put it on the low flame, add little bit of the oil to it, place it on the pan, fry it from all the sides, so that the color of the tenderloin will get changed, season it with the salt and pepper, place it inside the oven at 180 degree Celsius for about the 30 minutes.
Take the pan, add butter to it, take out the garlic from the oven, smash it completely, add the all purpose flour to it, whisk it for a minute, add the white wine to it and beef stock to it, add the garlic to it, mix it completely and fry it for time, so that the gravy will get thick.
Take out the tenderloin from the oven, cut it into slices, place it on the serving tray, pour the gravy on the top of it and served it, the dish is ready to eat.
