Delicious Shrimp And Crab Enchiladas Recipe

Preparation Time: 15 Minutes
Cooking Time: 45 Minutes
Serves: 12


Flour tortillas – 12
Monterey Jack Cheese – shredded – 8 ounces
Crab meat – 1 can (drained)
Cooked shrimp – 1 pound (shelled and deveined)
Green enchilada sauce – 1 can
Sour cream – 1 container
Green onion – 1 bunch
Salt and pepper to taste

Method Of Preparation:

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 175 degrees C.

Step 2

Now lay the tortilla shells on the flat surface. Now place equal amount of crab, cheese and shrimp at the center. Keep some cheese to sprinkle on the tortillas later. Sprinkle salt and pepper on the crab and shrimp. Seasoning the crab and shrimp is important otherwise it will taste bland.

Step 3

Roll the tortilla shell to form the enchiladas. Arrange them on the baking pan side by side. Make sure you do not keep a lot of space between them because you will be sprinkling cheese on top of the enchiladas.

Step 4

Pour the green enchilada sauce on top of the enchiladas. Make sure the sauce covers the enchiladas. Sprinkle the cheese on top of the enchiladas.

Step 5

Cover it and bake for about 30 minutes in the oven. Make sure it is preheated. Remove th cover and bake for another 10 minutes. Top the enchiladas with green onions and sour cream. The Shrimp and Crab Enchiladas are ready to serve.
