Delicious Soft And Chewy Oatmeal Butterscotch Cookies

Ingredients:

All purpose flour- 250 gm
Granulated sugar- 2 tablespoon
Brown sugar- 50 gm
Egg- 4
Vanilla extract- 1 teaspoon
Oats- 100 gm
Butter- 100 gm
Butterscotch chips- 150 gm

Methods Of Preparation:

Step 1

First you need to take the skillet, put it on the medium heat, as the pan is hot, add the water to it, as the water is about to boiling, add the brown sugar to it, slowly with the help of the spatula, mix all the sugar in the water, as the sugar is dissolved completely, lower the heat and keep on stirring as the mixture becomes sticky and the color of the mixture is golden brown, take it out and cool it.

Step 2

Take the bowl, add the flour to it, take the room temperature soft butter, mix the flour to the butter and make the thick paste of it, now add the sugar mixture in it, transfer the mixture in the mixing jar and set the machine to the slow speed, as you see the smooth texture, take out the bowl.

Step 3

Now you need to take the skillet, put it on the high heat, add the oats to it, roast the oats in the skillet, shake the skillet well, so that the oats will not burn, as the color of the oats is getting dark and the smell of the roasting oats is coming out from the oats mixture, then remove it from the flame and allow it cool down completely.

Step 4

Now in the deep bowl, crack two egg, separate the yolks and the egg white, now take the egg white in the bowl and with the help of the whisker, developed the soft peaks in it, add the granulated sugar in it and leave it aside, now take the egg yolks and add 1 teaspoon of the vanilla extract in it, blend it well with the help of the folk.

Step 5

Now take the flour bowl, add the egg yolk and egg white mixture in it, again place it to the blending machine, add the oats in it, finally the small chips of the butterscotch to it and then make the thick paste of it, take the baking tray, spray oil to all the parts of it, dust the flour to it, so that the mixture will not stick to the tray.

Step 6

Take the scoop and scoop out the mixture to the baking tray, tap it with the spoon and make it flat slightly, do this process for all the mixture, make sure that the cookies will not touch each other, place this inside the oven for about the 20 minutes at 180 degree Celsius, take it out and served it.
