Pork tenderloin- 600 gm
Potatoes- 1 kg
Squash- 400 gm

Methods Of Preparation:
First you need to take the bowl, put it on the low heat, now add the water and salt to it, add the potatoes to it, cover the lid and boil it for about the 10 minutes, so that they get half cooked, now drain the water, allow it to cool, now cut it horizontally into half.
Now take the bowl, add the salt, pepper, ground cumin, ground powder, chili powder to it, now take some of the melted butter, apply the butter on the tenderloin and rub it gently on it, now add the ingredients on the top of it and leave it for sometime.
Now take the onions, cut it into quarters, take out the flakes of it, crushed and chopped the cloves of garlic, roughly chopped the red pepper, now put all of them in the bowl, add the dried oregano to it and give it a nice toss.
Now take the squash, peel it, then cut it into half, now take out the seeds of it, with the help of the spoon, now first cut it horizontally into thin slices, now chopped all the slices very fine, now the folk and insert it to the pieces, so that there will be small cavity in it.
Now take the flour, add ginger garlic paste to it, now season it with the salt and pepper, make the paste of it, now rub it to the squash gently, now in the bowl take the flour, add the ginger and garlic powder to it, now mix it well and to the other bowl, beat an egg nicely.
Now add all the slices of the squash to the flour first, now toss it, then leave it inside the egg mixture. Now take the frying machine, put the temperature of the oil to the 100 degree Celsius, now place the squash to it and fry it half, take them out in the kitchen paper.
Take the pan, put it on the medium heat, as the pan is hot, add the olive oil to it, now place the tenderloin to it, add the vegetables to the other side, add the squash to it also, and bake the whole things, place the pan inside the oven at 180 degree Celsius for about the 60 minutes.
Add all the vegetables to the serving plate, now take the tenderloin, cut it into slices, now place the slices on the top of it, sprinkle finely chopped parsley to it and served it. The dish is ready to eat.
