Delicious Stir Fried Veggies In Burnt Garlic With Corn Sausage Rice

First you will prepare the star fried veggies which have a little twist in it as it has a topping of burnt garlic. Lots of veggies are used in this recipe which is very much healthy for human body. It is a balanced dish indeed as mushrooms are source of proteins and veggies are source vitamins and minerals. The Corn sausage rice is also very much balanced as it is a source of protein and carbohydrate. It is a fantastic recipe which can be served in lunch or in dinner time. It is a single recipe which combines two different recipes.

Stir Fried Veggies in Burnt Garlic with Corn Sausage Rice:

Ingredients:

Ingredients Needed For Stir Fried Veggies In Burnt Garlic:

Bochco 200 gm (trimmed and cut in large pieces)
Green and Yellow Zucchini 35 gm (cut them in thin slices in rhombus shape)
Chinese Cabbage 30 gm (cut it into large pieces)
Broccoli Florets 40 gm
Baby corn 30 gm
Black Mushroom 30 gm (sliced)
Button Mushroom 30 gm (cut it in to thin slices)
Asparagus 50 gm (peel the skin first and then cut them into equal pieces)
sugar 10 gm
Olive Oil 15 gm
Garlic 15 gm (finely chopped)
Oyster sauce 15 gm
Chinese Wine 15 gm
White Pepper Powder 2 gm
Light soy sauce 5 ml
Sesame seed Oil 2 ml

Ingredients Needed For Corn Sausage Rice:

Boiled rice for 2 people
Refined Oil 3 tbsp
Sweet Yellow Corn 1 cup
Cocktail Sausage 10-12
Onion 1 (chopped)
Garlic 1 tsp (chopped)
Red Bell Pepper 1 (chopped)
Soy Sauce 1 tsp
Chili Sauce 1 tbsp
Salt and Sugar to taste
White Pepper Powder 1 tsp

Method:

Step 1:

First take an oak and pour olive oil in it. Allow it to boil in low flame. Now add the finely chopped garlic in it. Cook it until it turns light brown in color.

Step 2:

When it is done pour all the veggies in the oak and stir it to cook for 2 minutes in high flame. This type of cooking procedure is known as stir frying. In this step add the mushroom slices in the oak. Also add Chinese wine in this oak. Cook it in high flame for 2-3 minutes.

Step 3:

Then pour all the other ingredients in the oak with sesame seed oil. Stir it well so that all the other ingredients mix well and cook the whole thing fro 5-7 minutes. Do not add burnt garlic with it in this step.

Step 4:

When it is done take a serving dish and pour it on the dish and sprinkle the burnt garlic on the top of the veggies. Serve hot your Stir Fried Veggies in Burnt Garlic.

Step 5:

Now you have to prepare the Corn Sausage Rice that is served with Stir Fried Veggies in Burnt Garlic. First boil the yellow corn that they get soft. Then take a non stick pan and pour refined oil in it.

Step 6:

Allow it to boil in medium heat. Then pour all your sausages in this oil, fry them for a while and then take them out of the pan.

Step 7:

Pour chopped onion in the same oil and fry them till they turn reddish. Then add chopped garlic and stir it to cook for 1 minute until the smell comes out.

Step 8:

After that pour Soy sauce and Chili sauce in the pan. Mix well and add sugar to taste. Then pour boiled rice in it and mix well so that all the spicy ingredients get mixed with your rice.

Step 9:

Now add chopped bell pepper in it. Then cut each fried sausage into halves and then add them in your rice. Add salt and pepper to taste. Mix all of the ingredients well so that your rice gets spicy. Serve your Corn Sausage Rice hot with Stir Fried Veggies in Burnt Garlic.

Quick Tip:

If you wish you can add a little amount of Ajinomoto in your rice. You can also add chopped garlic leaves in the rice. For this recipe do not boil the rice completely as it will make your rice sticky when you again cook it with sausage and corn. So always half cook the rice or keep them a little bit stiff.

How To Prepare Burnt Garlic:

Olive oil 10 ml, Chopped Garlic 30 gm (chopped finely).

First chop the garlic finely. Then fry finely chopped garlic in oil until it turns to deep brown in color.
