In this we first cook the rice and then we add so many of the flavors to the prawn and then take the sushi roll and then we make the tamgoyaki roll the whole thing and then we cut this into the pieces and then we eat this with the delicious tomato sauce.

Preparation Time- 10 Minutes
Cooking Time- 20 Minutes
Sushi rice- 50 gm
Water- 280 ml
Rice wine vinegar- 65 ml
Caster sugar- 30 gm
Nori sheets- 1
Flour- 80 gm
Cooking oil- 600 ml
Salt- as per taste
Soy sauce- 1/2 tablespoon
Mirin- 1/2 tablespoon
Tomato sauce- 2 tablespoon
Green chili sauce- 2 tablespoon
Methods Of Preparation
First we take the rice and then we put this in the cold water for about the 15 minutes and then we take it out and then add to the bowl with the water and then put it on the low flame and gently simmer it for about the 20 minutes and then we drain out the excess water and then we keep it in fresh bowl.
Now to add the flavors we take the bowl and put this on the low flame and then we add the white wine vinegar to it and we add the 2 tablespoon of the sugar into it with a pinch of salt in it and then we add this in the rice.
Now we take the bowl and then we add the water to it to make nice lump free mixture and then we add the butter and the salt to it and then we keep it in the deep glass and then we take the prawns and then we insert a long stick into it.
Now we take the pan and then we add plenty of the oil to it and then we make it hot and then we take the prawns and then we dip it in the flour mixture and then put it in the pan for couple of minutes, as it is crispy take it out.
Now to make the sushi roll we take the eggs, crack it in the jar and then we add the 1/2 tablespoon of the soy sauce and the mirin to it and then whisk it nicely, now take the pan and the brush it will little bit of the oil and then we put this on the low flame and then we pour the egg into it and then after 1 minute roll out it from the edges.
