Tuna fish is so delicious and it is healthy also, this is the very big fish. There are so many of the dishes for the tune fish. This tuna nicoise recipe is famous in all around the world and mos of the restaurants has this dish as there star dish. This dish is the grilled tuna with lots of the fresh cooked vegetables with the boiled eggs.
Here Is The List Of The Ingredients And The Process Of This Delicious Recipe:
Preparation Time- 30 Minutes
Cooking Time- 70 Minutes
Small potatoes- 5
Olives- 1 handful
Beans- 1 handful
Red onion- 1
Olive oil- 2 tablespoon
Vinegar- 1 tablespoon
Salt- as per taste
Pepper- 1 teaspoon
Tuna fish- 300 gm
French mustard- 50 gm
Methods Of Preparation:
First you take the potatoes and then cut all of these in the two equal pieces and then place this inside the boiling water for at least the 15 minutes. Now take the bean and then peel the outer layer and then cut it into the small pieces, now take the tomatoes and then cut it and then remove the pulp now cut it into the slices.
Now boil the eggs and into the bowl. Now place the beans into the boiling water for at least the 5 minutes so that it will cook from inside. Now chopped the fresh coriander and the 1 big onions into the slices. Now take the black olive and cut it also.
Now take the bowl and the add the tomatoes, olives and the onions into it and then drain down the water from the beans and then cool it from the running water. Now place the potatoes in with the beans in the running water for 5 minutes.
In a separate bowl, take the olive oil, vinegar add the lemon juice and then add the chopped coriander into it and then, add the beans and the potatoes in the olive mixture.
Now take the meat of the tuna fish and then apply the olive oil on it and the take the french mustard and apply it on the fish. Now take this fish on the grill pan and the cook it on the both side so that there will be nice dark lines on it.
Now take the all the salads and toss all of them and then take the serving bowl and place the plenty of the salad on it and then peel the egg and then cut it half and place it at the corner. Now take out the tuna fish and place it on the top and your tuna fish is ready to eat with the salads.
