Brownies are a treat to the eyes as well as taste buds. The crinkled top layer and texture as well as the soft and warm chocolate taste makes the experience unforgettable. The Given Recipe Is Very Moist As It Uses Less Flour And It Tastes Even Better After A Day:
Preparation Time: 15 Minutes
Cooking Time: 20 Minutes
Butter: 1 cup
Powdered sugar: 2 cups
Olive oil: 3 tbsp
Dark chocolate chips: 1 cup
Eggs: 2 large
Vanilla essence: 1 tsp
Coffee powder: 1 tsp
Salt: a pinch
Refined flour: half cup
Whole wheat flour: 1/4th cup
Crushed almonds: 1 cup
Pre heat the oven.
In a microwave safe bowl. take the butter and add olive oil, powdered sugar, dark chocolate chips, salt and coffee powder to it. Microwave the mix for around 30- 40 seconds. Remove from the microwave and mix it well with the help of wooden spatula.
Now add the vanilla essence and one egg to the mixture and whisk it well. DO it with hands only. There’s no need to use an electric beater for this recipe. Once the egg gets mixed, add another egg and mix it well.
Now add flour to it and mix it rigorously for a couple of minutes to form a thick luscious batter.
Crush the almonds coarsely and then add it to the batter. You can use any nuts or dry fruits like cashews, pistachios, chives, raisins as per your liking. Fold the nuts into the batter.
Line a baking tray with oil and flour and then, pour the batter evenly to the tray. Bake the brownie for around 20 minutes at 160 degrees C. Every oven is different. Keep on checking the readiness of the brownie with help of a toothpick.
Let the brownie cool in a rack and then cut it into squares and serve it with ice cream, if needed.
