Cut the asparagus and broccoli into cube pieces. In the same oil where we fried the fillets, fry the broccoli and asparagus lightly. Cut the potato like finger shape. Fry them as well. Keep everything aside. Chop the onion and green chili.
Heat some little oil into the same frying pan. Now add the chopped onion and green chili into it. Fry them on high flame. When the onion will start changing color, add herbs and seasoning blend into it. Fry the onion again after putting this. Now add ginger-garlic and onion paste into it and saute it for 5 minutes on medium flame.
After 5 minutes, add the tomato puree, fresh yogurt, cumin powder and coriander powder into the frying pan. Mix everything very well. Add the fried potatoes and asparagus into the mixture. Mix everything in such a way so that every piece of potato is coated with the mixture. Saute the entire mixture and potato and asparagus on medium flame for 5 minutes.
When the mixture will start removing oil, add 1 cup of water into it. Cover the frying pan with a lead and set aside on low flame for further 5 minutes. After 5 minuter, check if the potatoes are boiled enough. If they are boiled, add the fried fish fillets, broccoli and required amount of salt. Increase the heat and let it boil for 3-4 minutes.
